   Today is 10th December 2025, I had ordered veg pizza, double cheese and spicy. I got a video call from India. I was busy on the call, so the same type of pizza was already lying on their counter. I was busy on the video call outside, so the classic fish & chips guys gave me the old pizza which was lying on the counter I had old costumer but I’ll not suggest to you don’t go o this place West Bromwich b71 near charity shop Gurri animator

   I went up there and got a chicken steak burger meal and as I was eating my burger I felt something sharp and hard in my mouth from the burger, I then proceeded to pull out of my mouth a piece of metal. i am absolutely sickened by this as I have heard good things about this shop. Will not be going back in the near future as this has completely put me off any takeaway shops as this is a health and safety hazard to the public as this could of cut my mouth if I continued to chew it with my burger.

   This place has down hill fast. They forget your order and food is tasteless. Everything is full of salt and dry. The chicken tikka is salty like sea water! Rude staff and everything has gone bad! Frozen sheikh kebabs! Avoid this place

   I am not local to the area, in fact I live in Derby but just happened to be in the area. My daughter had told me how great the takeaway is. Unbeatable prices, great food. I had mini fish chips and curry sauce. Son had chicken burger and chips. It's all freshly cooked. Chips were great. Next time I will try some Pakoras.

   Use to come here a lot but I’ve been disappointed too much by them recently. Cold food, runny watered down curry sauce & uncooked chips. Salad is never cut properly , given huge chunks and pieces of onions every time inside burger and with meal.

   Just had chicken kebab meat and chips, Kebab was dry and full of gristle and bone. Chips were green. And to top it off the young lad serving blatantly over charged me, only 50 pence but that's not the point. We are all struggling at the moment. Won't be returning here

   Please do not visit this chip shop. Hygiene levels are very poor. Recently brought a small chicken meat and chips to end up finding a small SCREW inside the chicken. Ended up chipping my tooth eating the food! Went back to the chip shop and they only offered me a partial refund!! They also have a cat regularly roaming inside the shop which doesnt belong to any of the workers? Cheap shop but you should take your money else where for better quality food that you can trust.
