    Food is very nice. The service was so slow. Lady serving at the counter, more busy on her phone than serving customers. The guy prepping the food had to keep telling her what to do. I could see he was getting stressed with the lack of help. The waiting time was way too long, though. Instead of just taking orders, get the assistant to make up the orders as they are cooked.

    Food is good, but the service is horrendously slow. Slowness is not a one off and has happened every visit under the new management at different times and on different days. Today, took 25 minutes to be served pie, chips and sausage.

    Under new ownership! I came in yesterday and had a supreme pizza, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Also the fish and chips were perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back soon!

    Amazing food, although I had a problem with my order it was resolved very quickly. Customer service is very good and I was spoken to politley when my issue was being resolved. The food itself is of high quality especially the fish, delicious cod with an orange crispy batter without being greasy. Would highly recommend

    By far the best chippy in West Bromwich. Food, Customer Service and cleanliness on point to the high quality. These guys know what they are doing with their friendly and welcoming service. Pizzas are amazing and to die for and the large fish can not get enough off. My regular take away for the weekend. Kids enjoy the kebab. Very good prices and nice portions. Keep up the brilliant lads!!!

    Absolutely disgusting. Both times I have ordered they get the orders wrong and delivered something different to what I'd ordered. Staff are rude and unhelpful, also both of the times I have ordered I've had MULTIPLE hairs in my food. Don't waste your money here.

    Highly recommended establishment! they do gorgeous food! their chicken kebab meat lamb kebab meat taste fabulous, scallops are old school thick and not battered crisps! Quality of food is consistant staff are very friendly and efficient perfect portion sizes fast delivery it's a wonderful chippy!!!
