   Since the owners have changed this chippy has gone downhill. The staff are really slow , have minimal people skills and really don't know what to do in buisy periods. We have used this chipping for years , it's such a shame that the quality of food is now poor. Tonight was the pinnacle after giving them a few chances considering they were new owners . With over an hour wait after telling me the collection would be 20 min , I was given my order missing a main item and the donner kebab I ordered had 2 pieces of meat in it ! After 5 minutes went by I asked where the kebab was and We then had to wait for more meat to cook while the rest of the order was ready in the car , 10 more minutes went by and I was then asked if I wanted a refund , however it's not that easy when all the family have something to eat and your missing 1 persons meal....Considering I spent £50 the service was absolutely poor to say the least and the staff were like talking to a wall. Not to mention I wasn't the only unhappy customer.

   Generous portions, top-quality food, and always cooked fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every visit a pleasure. Easily the best chip shop in Walsall! Be sure to try the masala fish, chicken tikka, and lamb donner kebab - the kebab is 100% lamb, not mixed with beef, and the flavour is absolutely amazing.

   Chicken was inedible I had to leave it, it tasted old and the skin was disgusting. Chips are lovely however hence two stars.

   Kings Fish Bar offers a large, varied menu with something for most, including a surprisingly generous selection of vegetarian and vegan options. All food is cooked fresh to order, which is a big plus. Service is excellent, and Parminder is especially friendly and welcoming. The chips are freshly battered and served quickly, though they’re not the best I’ve had. A touch heavy on the colouring and lacking that perfect crispness. Still, they’re decent and satisfying. The shop itself is relatively clean & well kept, with a wide ranging menu that also includes pizzas, which I’ll definitely be trying on my next visit. There’s parking available for around 8 to 10 cars, but be aware the car park surface is in poor condition, with quite a few deep potholes. Not the best chip shop I’ve ever been to, but the friendly service, fresh food, and variety make it worth a visit.

   FULL WRAP IN IMAGE IS MY REBUILT WRAP. Been here a few times and been disappointed each time. First time I asked for sauce on the side for my food and they literally put all of the mayo at the top of my wrap so first bite was just mayo. When I asked if they could fix it they said it’s what I asked for. And today, this. I thought I would try again because my partner loves their chips but it seems that’s all they can do right. I asked for a chicken wrap with lettuce and mayo. They toasted my wrap and bread was hard. Lettuce was brown and mayo was watery. I didn’t even bother to go back in after the rude woman last time. I thought after 6 months o would give it a second chance. Nope. Never again. Recycled the chicken (which tasted funny) when I got home. photo of Lettuce from home compared to the lettuce they gave me. And a photo of what I expected from a wrap. Do NOT recommend for anything other than chips and sausage.

   Food is pretty tasty. Their battered chips are addictive and the margarita pizza is luscious! Good number of options for vegetarians. Pricing is reasonable. But every time I've placed at order for collection or delivery... It's always been late! That bugs me as it doesn't matter how early I place that order, I still have to wait. All in all, nice place to eat but be prepared to wait!
