   We order here regularly when we are in Birmingham, west Bromwich. The chicken is really good and juicy. They are really friendly and polite. We order always the various of chicken… like chicken wings, chicken tenders, chicken popcorn etc. We recommend everyone to go there.

   I ordered the 10 piece bucket, and only received a 6 piece bucket. After severe delays from the last time I ordered (and not receiving a partial refund), and with this incident, I don't think I'll be ordering again from here. The food is usually good, and in prior years the service has been excellent. 2024 has seen a drop off in standards sadly.

   The chicken was very nice only slightly pink, se youths kicked my dad off hsi mobility scooter outside but I'm sure he'll recover. Chips only very slightly tasted of rancid cooking oil but I'm sure they change the oil weekly.

   Waited well over 1 hour for chicken burger. Then the order was wrong. Be careful the information on their menus is misleading. Their chicken burgers are covered in sauces that their website doesn’t specify which isn’t good due to allergies. We contacted them and they didn’t care. All we wanted was the burgers without the sauce I was even happy to go up there and collect the fresh burgers and take the other ones back. How are people supposed to know that 2 sauces come on these burgers if it doesn’t say this any where on their website. You can’t say you don’t want something on/in your meal if you don’t know it comes with it.
