Zero stars, I find them so rude when taking your order the food, the chips wasn’t cooked, the wings were hard like it’s been sitting there for a while. Even though it’s late night don’t go there it’s not worth the satisfying your hunger
I always have pizza and they do it just as i ask its always really tasty,convinient little fast food joint should try it they are also open late saved me a few times wgen out late staff a good also
Had some good banter with a couple of lads in the shop. They got my order completely wrong. The kebab meat was really dry and greasy at the same time made my wife sick. Very disappointing
Scam I waited for an hour and 35 minutes The food was missing and the rice was uncooked. Service was bad the people were rude to me when I asked for a refund Overall This will be my fast and last time ordering from this takeaway place.
Zero stars....absolutely awful food, the fried chicken was burnt and dry, the burger was burnt at the edges, the shish wrap was chicken not lamb shish, the mixed kebab wrap was pointless. One of the worst takeaways yet! Inedible food had to throw away!
Came all the way from London for this and it did not disappoint one bit. Peri strips and chips were by far the best I've had to date
Ordered the Chicken zinger burger and bbq donner kebab. Food was brilliant and got here within 40 minutes even though we ordered after midnight. There was a small issue with our order, but it has become the reason for the 5 star review I'm leaving. When I called in, they were extremely apologetic and rectified this straight away. I genuinely appreciated it as I'm out of town and was unsure where to order from initially. After todays experience I will deffo order again. They put their customer first!
Me and my partner ordered a Pizza and a Kebab from there and it was meant to be prepared and delivered by 1.10 am in the morning. 2 hours on and I called them for the 3rd time asking where our order was and they had told us numerous times that a driver was 'on route', then told us they had got drivers mixed up. We ordered it at 12.30 am, it came at 2.35 am. By this point , me and my partner were asleep and my partners dad had to answer the door so we paid for a takeaway and could only eat it the next day. Food was really nice although.
Shake and grill staff are helpful friendly and just good people in general. Shout out to the female delivery driver great customer service and food bangs, peri strips and zinger burger highly recommended! Regular for a reason!☆☆☆☆☆
