   The food took over an hour to arrive, I will say that the man on the phone was very nice when I called to see how long it would be but the food itself just doesn’t taste good. It all has a strange taste to it the cheese is rubbery and tasteless, the fries are the same tasteless with a weird aftertaste and the same with the garlic bread. Cheapest of the cheap quality I’m not happy with it at all I don’t have money to waste on a crap takeaway that I don’t even wanna eat. And £15 for that is a joke. At least put your prices down if you’re going to serve such crap

   Stopped in for food this evening after a very long trip and needing something for dinner. The service was so helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious! Came very quickly and all tastes fresh and well seasoned. Really lovely end to a stressful trip! Will be visiting again :)

   Dont waste your time or money and go somewere else.!!!!! Food is below average for the money they charge, service is non existant. Constantly talking amonst staff in own language rather then communicating with customers. Takes point out of fast food when foodctakes twice as long as staff them selves tell you over the phone rather then apologising they make out as if your early. Lol wont be coming back shame as previous owners did a great job, same story with all fast food shops on high street.

   Love this place I always have food from here you just can’t beat the food is never greasy and even when I have it delivered it always come boiling hot! The prices are amazingly cheap especially for the quality of the food. Nothing can beat this place I would highly recommend.

   Went here today for the first time had chicken strips on wrap with sweet chilli sauce and fries and my cousin had burger and fries plus to diet cokes the food was amazing we both loved it size of meal was great little dear on price but it was worth it didn't have to wait long, staff was very nice and polite easy to understand place was clean would defro go there again

   2 hours to wait for a pizza. After numerous calls to chase it and lies of it will be 10 minutes. Still nothing. Had to cancel I will not be using this place again. Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere

   Rubbish ! Use to love this place. Had a mixed grill box. Not a fresh naan, it tasted like cardboard. And the shish kebab was raw. Disgusting.

   Waited 2 hours for my order, it came the chips were dry and they got my pizza wrong. I rang and explained it was wrong i asked for peppers mushroom and onion, they had sent meat feast for the others i said i couldn't eat it as I'm a vegetarian and they wanted me to wait until i next order for a "free" pizza i said no I'm hungry I've paid for something and i want to eat, they said they would send another pizza. I then waited another hour for them to send me a CHICKEN and jalapeño pizza, i sent it back and rang yet again. They said i would need to wait 2-3 hours because they are busy i said this wasn't acceptable they then offered me £5 refund after my order was £37 and they passed me on to someone else. This someone else promised the manager would call me back after 15-20 mins, this phone call still hasn't happened. I will never ever order from chunky grill again.

   We used to order once a week, not anymore. Some of my order wasn't what I ordered so I obviously don't get to eat tonight and my 6 year old was beyond happy that her favourite part of her meal wasn't there. Also they think you can juggle bags then boxes. Maybe if they gave boxes in size order people would be quicker.
