   Apparently, the bathrooms were ‘locked now’ and could not be used to even wash hands. Not a very sanitary place to eat if no hygiene facilities are available even if the restaurant is open? The food came out fast but the burger buns are stale here.

   Just had a burger king for the first time in 10 years or more and it will be my last. Had a bacon double cheese XL meal and the burger was the worst burger i’ve ever had. The bun was stale, The beef was dryer than the Sahara and the bacon looked under cooked, more like sliced ham than bacon, tasted awful so I threw it away. Looked nothing like advertised. Fries were supposedly a large but got hardly any. I’ve been fully ripped off.

   Definitely wouldn't recommend eating at or ordering from this place. Ordered burgers for delivery and the burgers we received were burnt to a crisp. Genuinely burnt and solid. Couldn't even call up to tell them as it says the number is disconnected. Avoid at all costs.

   I had a terrible experience at Burger King and will never return to this location. The service was shockingly bad — the staff had an extremely rude attitude from the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting customers politely, they acted impatient and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about my order, the cashier rolled their eyes and responded in a sarcastic tone. Even worse, one of the employees actually insulted a customer in front of everyone, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The food quality was just as bad as the service. My burger was cold, the bun was hard, and the vegetables were soggy and clearly not fresh. The fries were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. It was obvious there was no effort to provide fresh, decent meals. Fast-food restaurants don’t have to be fancy, but they should at least serve food that’s hot and fresh, with staff who treat customers with basic respect. Unfortunately, this Burger King failed in every possible way ， rude staff, poor service, bad food. I strongly recommend avoiding this location until they seriously improve their employee training and food standards.

   The other night, I and my girlfriend was starving and was craving a burger. Couldn't be bothered to cook. Decided to give Burger King a shot and went for the nearest one to mine. Drove about 20 minutes to get there. On arrival there were no other people waiting to be served in the drive through. I asked for a cheese burger with chips and a coke as well as a double whooper meal with sprite. Was given the food out of the window and before setting off for home I checked in the bag to see if everything was there which it was, well I thought it was. Got back home with a mad hunger. My girlfriend opened her cheese burger and there was no burger only a bun, cheese and a gherkin. I and my girlfriend were shocked and even looked into the bag for the missing burger. I was so kind to give one of my burgers to my girlfriend so that she didn't have to go without. How can you go to Burger king and come away with no burger just a bun, cheese and gherkin. Wasn't impressed at all. The sprite tasted like washing up liquid as well to top it all off. So I'd advise to give the Burger King a miss like my burger was missing.

   Food was served in less than 30 seconds,which obviously tells me it was all pre-cooked,and to back that fact up was when the food was luke-warm at best. The drinks machine wasn't even working properly. Just quite poor all round really.

   £29 for burger and chips for 3 people! Firstly - it's acryally daylight robbery charging people £9.59 for a meal with about 5 chips extra calling it a large. Furthermore, if i went to KFC at least the expensive box meals would include a couple of sides. I could have had a full meal at Nandos for less... KMT
