The absolute worst. Flies and raw food was the main attraction! The group I attended with s have had it coming out of one end or the other, one didn't even make it out of the restaurant. I advised the team about raw meat and flies but they were non-chalont about the whole thing. Needless to say we stopped eating after that. Guys you can do better - that is so dangerous. I wonder how many hold and adhere to food safety and hygiene rules.

Attended here yesterday for Christmas Day. Was fabulous. Once seated went straight for the food and it didn’t disappoint. I didn’t have the traditional dinner but my family and there were no complaints. The staff worked so hard, dirty plate’s were cleared quickly leaving a clean table and food replenished in good time. I have only good things to say and would go again next year. Thank you

Very lovely and cheerful staff members. Very limited amount of food choices. Good ambiance though.

If you’re celebrating a big birthday or event I wouldn’t advise coming as my 40th meal got ruined by incompetent waiters. We ordered drinks and paid and all the waiter had to do was put down 5 empty glasses (for the bottomless) and 3 beers. He processed to then knock over a beer which went all over my mates £300 bag. He made no apology and was very slow in cleaning it up whilst the drink was seeping on cutlery and napkins ect. He replaced the drink and then left. Why couldn’t they have moved us to another table it was empty enough. All the waiters seemed really frightened around us eg one hovered over me for ages to take my plate it was clearly empty but it was almost like he was scared of me! We informed the manager afterwards that we were not happy about the whole drink situation he said his waiters had been serving for years (not a chance) and apologised by offering a 20% off voucher. My friend said if that’s the best you can do then ok. He proceeded to bring over a signed receipt with terms and conditions on saying 20% off one meal and only can be used within the month! What a complete joke for ruining a £300 handbag! The least he could have done was comped my friends meal and there was no attempt to. The manager was seen pointing at our table and laughing with the drinks waiter before coming over to us which was just as insulting. The whole thing left a horrible taste in our mouths and after spending over £200 it didn’t seem worth it. The service is a joke.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary at lunchtime and the whole experience was perfect for us. It was our 44th anniversary, and obviously, we are seniors. The wide selection of food was suitable for both our tastes, my husband preferring the spicier side of the menu. The desserts were also very good with a wide choice from fresh fruit to jellies and Asian sweets. The decor was beautiful and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly and quick to clear away the plates. A special mention here for Rana the manager who seemed to be constantly aware of what was happening even down to clearing plates himself. On hearing it was our anniversary he bought out a small cake with candles , a lovely gesture! Thank you everyone at Saphari for a lovely time.

The food was good and an all round positive dining experience, it was accessible for both manual and powered wheelchairs. I would definitely go again The only downside was a Porsche Cayenne (seems to belong to staff or owner) parked in the chevrons alongside the disabled bays blocking side access space for vehicles with side wheelchair lifts and ramps.

Food was ok but not fabulous except live grill which was really good. They never topped up the Lamb curry. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. I will recommend to all. No issues of parking.

Absolutely fantastic. I've never been so spoilt for choice. Can't wait to go back with all the family. A truly culinary delight. Be sure to go hungry to get your monies worth. Eat around the world in one evening.

I was here twice with friends. It serves quality foods (oriental and western as well as great vegetarian dishes) and drinks. It is 'eat as much as you can' and sits about 100 or thereabout guests at a time. It is family friendly. The staff were courteous and friendly at all times. Ample room and inexhaustible food make it a good place to celebrate. Some young people were observed celebrating their birthday there on both occasions I was there. Saphari is served by a large parking area and is always well lit.
