If i can give them "0 " i will give it. Two days ago we order some food with my husband. They send me email with confirmation but my food doest arrive. We try to call them and send few emails but no one answer. I wish to get refund. If the owner will see it this rewew i hope get my money back.
Foods lovely when you go in and collect it but my god ordering delivery to your house is ridiculous. Ordered twice through their website, paid for food when I ordered (with 3 kids and myself it wasn’t a cheap order) and both times we’ve had to wait over 2 hours for food. Not good when you order at 5 o’clock and your 2 year old is still waiting at 7 o’clock.
I don't normally order takeaway, but I decided to do so on 9/5/2021. I ordered a combo 1 chicken, chicken nuggets, chicken wings and chips. They came in 25-30 min despite the 1hr that was said in the beginning. At this point I have to mention that I ordered through Just Eat. The delivery guy was very polite and the order looked quite big + free coke(I thought that maybe it's wrong delivery but it was the correct) to cut the long story short we ate that evening, every thing looked nice and we enjoyed our meal. In the morning when I woke up I had diarrhea and went to the toilet more than 3 times within 30 minutes. I didn't even think to blame the meal, I was thinking that maybe I've catch a cold or something because I was feeling dizzy and sick.during the day I went to the toilet many times. When I picked up the kids from school my eldest daughter said that she had diarrhea. In the evening my little one woke up crying because she had diarrhea too. And when my husband came from work he said he had diarrhea all day. Just to mention that Ime or my family hadn't eaten anything else outside of the house that day and every thing we ate at home has not expired and is in well kept storage. The reason I am writing my review here is that when I was asked to review from just eat I was taken to the website and was told that I haven't ordered anything with them. I definitely will not be ordering again from fake reviews I guess cause that's what made me order from this place 2000+ 5 stars.
Great food taste and well proportioned
Food in general was ok at best, it didn't settle well indicating poor quality. hygiene was a bit worrying. The gentleman with the large beard wiped his nose with his hand then carried on cooking and various staff behind the kitchen can be seen on their phones which tend to harbour huge amounts of germs.. Overall not impressed by the food or hygiene ... Customers can be seen without masks which in this climate is not good enough. First time I tried this place and it will be the last...
Easily the best kebab takeaway I've had, restaurant quality as all dishes are cooked fresh, expect to wait 10-14 minutes for food to be cooked, friendliest staff ever well done!!
Nice place for vegetarian food I really appreciate for service. Food was very taste.it's best place for indian vegetarian foods thanks.
