Very tasty food , specially the tandoori chicken,and pilau rice,I really recommend ordering from there,well done chilli Masala, you really spiced up my taste buds, keep the quality going ,thanks.
Last night, I ordered biryani, chicken tikka jalfrezi, and a couple of chaat puris, and I have to say, it was by far the most bland and disappointing food I’ve ever tasted. The dishes lacked any real flavor or authenticity, and it was a letdown overall. I’m really unhappy with the quality and would have expected much better.
Waited a long time for my order, and they randomly cancelled on me last minute. I wouldn’t have minded if they delivered a bit late, I was hungry and waiting. They could’ve phoned me and asked, I would’ve said take ur time. Terrible service, yesterday I called them and the guy on the phone could barely speak any English. No offence, I’m from the same background. How can you get someone that can’t speak English to man the phone in an English speaking country.
Nice food but the delivery driver has zero manners delivered my food in an angry manner claiming to have drove 7 miles when in fact my property is 3 miles away I suggest you have a word with your driver treating customers this way will only give you a bad reputation
Can't fault the service and food here. Really tasty and super quick service. Generous portions and extra poppadoms and dips were a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
Won a competition to have a takeaway tonight. The food was delicious, had North Indian Garlic Chicken & Chicken Tikka Balti with sides. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and we would highly recommend Chilli Massala!
My favourite takeaway. When I try anywhere else I always regret it and wish I had called Chilli Massala. My fave is the North Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken. Always on time, hot, nothing missing, always delicious!
