   I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza through uber eats. Item was estimated to arrived between 2:35-2:55, it never showed up around that time. Delays happen but at least an update should be provided. I contacted the pizza land store and it kept on saying “user busy”, until it worked and was told the item was going to take 15-20 min delay. The item ended up coming at 3:49. One good thing is I stated they should call or message upon arrival which they did. I understand it’s new years and delays are happening but the lack of communication was very frustrating. Once open my order , it was even the wrong order , I tried to call the restaurant it kept on saying “user busy” so I just requested a refund from uber eats which I got in the end. To be truthful, I would not order food from this place again.

   We order from via their website or just eat. I was recommended this place for their garlic base pizza. Now we order from here pretty much every Saturday. We have never had a bad meal from them everything has always been perfect and always delivered hot. We don’t order from any other pizza place. My only small problem is some times when we order a sweet chill dip we get one that is sometimes different to the usual one that we’re not very keen on but other than that everything is always delicious.

   Ridiculous place to order from I’ve paid 15 pounds for a pizza then when they delivered it turned up as this .(photo) Imagine two mens r waiting for apizza to eat then they find this !! Not recommended at all .

   Would not order from this place - AVOID it. I only decided to order as was only place delivering at this time. Ordered via Uber Eats, they use their own drivers so no tracking info, after waiting over 1 hour and multiple calls to the restaurant, no food has been delivered. The restaurant kept on saying they will check with the driver and call me back but no one calls. It’s now 4am and no calls being taken from the restaurant. It seems there is a theme here if you look at previous reviews.

   Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received..I ordered a plain margarita and some jalapeño peppers for a friend with a banana milkshake... I am extremely allergic to meat and they have sent me a pepperoni pizza with the wrong milkshake. OK mistakes happen. But when I rang I was told " just get an uber refund". I'm disgusted at the lack of safety this business provides. To top it off the milkshake taste curlded. Have reported to the corresponding health officials. Useless service and lack of any human emotion
