No restaurant called sizzlers at this address. They accepted my collection order on just eat, don't pick up the phone but no way to pick it up. Scam alert
They call themselves devliey drivers and Becausei want to order and they won't deliver to my address what a waste of space
£16.50 for some burnt Donner meat Taste bitter and 1kg Chips they only sell chips as price of donner
Manager argued with us saying we don’t know how to answer a front door, took our money without any food delivered, said he called 10 times no missed call, said there’s a tracker on the car and he knocked on the door when there was a gate to get through, referred to me as luv constant and said I refused delivery so I get no money back. The rudest man and most patronising I’ve spoken too avoid at all cost.
The service I received from this takeaway was atrocious! Hassan who answers the calls was unbelievably rude! He has no idea how to speak to customers respectfully. I placed an order on Wednesday and he couldn't understand basic English and got my whole order wrong. I called him regarding this and then he said I'm sorry it won't happen again. I placed an order again today and the same person hassan answered, I called twice to confirm he understood what I ordered and he said yes. Once again my order has came and it was all incorrect. Not just 1 meal or 2 no the whole order was incorrect. I called back to complain he cut the phone on me. I called back several times and he won't answer. After my experience here I wouldn't recommend anybody to waste their money on such a business that can't even show respect to customers when the business is in the wrong themselves.
Been trying to find a takeaway as good as these guys. Amazing food great selection on the menu and very fast delivery even on the busier days. Definitely recommend.
You can change the name but doesnt mean its got any better. Your food was ok before but its not really worth it now. Burger tasted awful today dont know what you have done to it. Your chips you fry them then refry them so they are hot but to hard to eat. If you want to make the change good get better people working there.
I think this I sine of the best places to eat food in Wednesbury but I would agree that the yellow colour outside that has coated the shop would put people off but there food is unbelievable it is so scrumptious Mmmmmm....
This restaurant is not reliable they can rip you off so please do not order form them online. We placed an order and spent about 16pounds on cookie dough and a milk shake+ the delivery. It never came and they took the money because when ordering online you have to pay beforehand which made this possible. Calling them and trying to sort the order out even day after they denying that the order happens saying that no order was placed biased nor on the address or on the purchase even though I have the order number and the recite from Just Eat ( A Food delivery app). The only way I would be able to get a refund is if I filed a lawsuit. Please be careful and do not make the same mistake I did and keep safe when ordering food make sure you order form a trustable source. For example, bigger chains would never allow these types of thing to happen as they care for there costumers.
