This is not a dependable food ordering middle agent. They don't check the authenticity of food joints registered with them! They have an attitude that 'if you get food ordered, you are lucky'. No responsibility at all. Better not use them.
1st time ordering here today food was cold and way over priced 1st and last time
Placed an delivery order on jus eat it took its 45 mins to arrive. Upon arrival the food was cold and they got my order wrong too when i called the restaurant to say that i got waffle instead of crepe the server on the phone that it is not possible so i told her its right in front of my eyes. Then she said she can give me free crepe next time i was like sorry but i need my food now and then she said i have to wait another 30 mins for replacement to arrive plus have to return the waffle back(which noone wanted anyway as it looked horrendous) Please do not order from this place its a rip off and poor customer service.
Took way to long for mixed kebab guy was poking the kebab with is fingers to see if was hot waiting half hour and sed he cudnt do us the kebab cus the way he cut it for last customer and told us would be another 20 takes far to long in there so defo not going back
Ordered food and there’s barely any salad and the salad is soggy,some chips are literally black because they’re burned,meat doesn’t taste too nice honestly I’m sure you could do better
If I could rate you -5 I would. Ordered food tonight around 6pm. Waited, you added half a hour onto order. To come back to find out 20 mins after my order is due you've closed! Tried to call to find out what happened. Nothing. Where is my food?!
