   Been going to Rainbows Fish Bar for quite some time. Never let me down! Their Fish and Chips is always fresh and on point. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Great staff always welcoming. Most importantly very clean shop. Top place for your fish and chips.

   MICROWAVED FOOD UPDATED REVIEW 24.07.2025 The restaurant has responded to me to ask how a kebab or fish and chips can be reheated/microwaved? They obviously haven’t read my review and refuse the accept that they microwave their chicken pieces. The fact that there are atleast 10 minimum employees who work there and all use those 4 microwaves is hilarious. I did not order a kebab or fish. I ordered chicken x7 pieces, was asked which pieces I wanted and it was put into a microwave. To add to this… cooked chicken is also in the same area as uncooked meat. Go in and check for yourself (straight right hand side when you walk in). Hopefully they will have seen this review and change their cooking standards. You cannot argue with a customer who saw it with their own eyes. If I could give a zero review I would. People work hard for their money and do not expect to be served anything from a microwave. Do better MICROWAVE… if you are ordering any food from here just be aware that it is microwaved on order. I went in to make a large order of chicken and chips and the chicken pieces were microwaved in front of me. A lot of fast food places like this serve chicken fresh on order so I was completely shocked and was extremely put off. They do not even hide the fact they microwave it. They have 4 microwaves at the front serve for all customers to see

   Had large fish and chips, medium fish and chips, curry sauce and a chicken mushroom pie. The food is very average for the price paid £38 for the order but quality wise worth around £25 at most in my opinion. The fish was well cooked and is cod but the batter tasted like the birdseye battered cod you can buy from supermarkets and heat in oven. The chicken and mushroom pie was nice. The chips are average. Curry sauce standard. Have had better quality fish and chips for the same price charged. Average here.

   The Best, Yes THE Best Fish & Chip Shop I've ever been to hands down! I ordered a large Cod & Chips and also a Donner Kebab in Naan, The Donner in naan was 10/10, And the Cod & Chips tasted beautiful, Lovely Batter on the cod and the Chips were non-greasy (fried in Ripeseed Oil), I will definitely be visiting again! Nice clean place and a service with a smile, Keep up the good work..

   The BEST kebab ever I can’t fault the Donner meat and trust Iv been everywhere some places are nice some are good for chilli some for salad some for Nan but this place ticks all the boxes been travelling from Dudley for 15 years about time this place got recognition! After speaking with the owners they say biggest thing they want to do is serve quality food and I wholeheartedly respect that can’t fault me absolute top notch service

   Ordered a chicken strip wrap and tbh it was the worst wrap I have ever seen. I'm not one to moan but a 5 year old kid could have done a better job. Gave it to my dog in the end. What a disaster
