   I was travelling on business, and after a long day all I wanted was a good meal. Oh my goodness—what a pleasant surprise. The staff were super attentive and genuinely kind. A special shout‑out to **Pheobe**, who did an excellent job serving my order. The food arrived warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Exactly what I needed after a long day. Highly recommended!

   This was my first visit to Miller & Carter and was a treat from my daughter. I fully expected the delicious food we were served but what I didn't expect was Piers! From guiding us through the "Steak Experience" to sharing his gastronomic knowledge to delightfully showing his sense of humour, Piers was a complete joy! His service made our experience completely fabulous and complemented the expertly grilled steaks. A huge thank you Piers from the two "medium to well" ladies xx

   Food, drinks were great as usual Time to be greeted, seated and served was a little slow (very busy, so maybe not enough staff)? Service of waiter (Piers) was absolutely beyond amazing.    A lovely looking young lady called Kathryn came and seated us. She was attentive and very polite from start to finish. Our order was taken without delay, the drinks and food arrived quickly and Kathryn highlighted what great customer service is all about. Kathryn is a shining example of what great customer service is all about. On her service alone we will return and eat here again. Thank you again Kathryn & well done.    Our second time at Miller and Carter overall, steak was done to perfection and the peppercorn sauce was superb. Teri was absolutely brilliant, she was looking after us and another couple sat near us and she couldn't do enough for us both. She brought us extra salad, make sure that we had more bread to go with our starter, and when she found out it was my birthday she had "happy birthday" written in chocolate sauce on my dessert. We felt very looked after and well treated. Highest possible recommendation.
