   An amazing Sunday lunch from the team at Cora: unexpected and out of the ordinary! If you are looking for Sunday roast at the pub, this ain’t it, but if you are looking for a complex and well designed menu that will fill you with joy, not just your stomach, then this is it. The service was friendly and welcoming, and they were happy to allow us to take our time, even when they were winding down for the afternoon. Definitely recommended, and a great location if you want to avoid the centre of Leeds!

   I was recommended Cora by a friend who sold it as a female-owned fine dining restaurant which was right up my street. My partner and I have eaten at Home, VandV and Roots previously and Cora absolutely lived up to our expectations. We opted for the 8 course menu with wine pairing which was extremely reasonably priced. The food is exquisitely presented as demonstrated by the images and the tastes were unique. Each course had a story and the flavours were incredible. Each dish was perfectly paired with a wine that was expertly sold to us by the waitress, giving entertainment to our experience. All staff were enthusiastic and attentive and you could tell they were passionate about the product they were delivering. I would absolutely recommend this hidden gem to anyone! We will be back!

   Having visited The Owl in Leeds a couple of weeks ago and been extremely impressed, we discovered that Cora is part of the same group and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We opted for the tasting menu and we found that each dish was unique and well composed. My only issue was that too many of the courses included bread but is Cora is also a bakery I can forgive them for this. We will definitely visit again in the future.

   We visited Owl in Leeds and had an excellent experience so when we heard about Cora we absolutely had to come. We came across from York this morning for the tasting brunch for my partner’s birthday and it was excellent. A truly unique brunching experience, fantastic food (salmon and black pudding courses in particular were favourites) and the service was excellent; a wonderful lady called Debbie served us for the most part - very chatty, friendly and happy to interact a bit which we love in waiting staff. Will definitely be returning to sample the evening menu. Thanks!
