Love the French Vanilla Latte hot. Vegetarian breakfast wrap is awesome as well.

Went to the drive through. The food was nice, better quality than most fast food outlets. Even though only only two other cars were in front of me it was painfully slow. When I got to the ordering point I was asked what I wanted then the girl completely disappeared for five minutes and needed a few requests to come back. I had to repeat my order several times and got the impression she wasn't listening. She wasn't! At the next window the guy had to correct it and even after I told him three times and checked with another lady it was still wrong. Out of the three things in the order or two burgers two chips and two doughnuts, one of them was for no salad or dressing as I'm allergic to it and guess what..... They got it wrong. Nice menu, nice food, bit pricey, hopeless staff.

Personally, I think Tim Hortons is over rated but my eldest daughter likes it. Been here a few times for drinks, donuts and a snack and visited recently whilst shopping. My daughter ordered topped lattice fries and a chicken wrap with a raspberry and white chocolate frappe. The drink was lovely but the wrap was tiny!! She literally ate it in 3 mouthfuls! The lattice fries were ok. My daughter said it was ok but she was still hungry afterwards! I know we will visit again, especially when the winter drinks become available but I just find the place overrated and overpriced for what it is.

Used automated kiosk. Ordered cappuccino and bacon roll with hash brown. Service was quick and bacon roll was excellent, full of bacon and warm roll. Has brown was equally nice as was the cappuccino. Nice atmosphere and plenty of comfy seating.

Fantastic Local Spot β Clean, Comfortable, and Consistently Great Food This Tim Hortons in Oldbury has quickly become my go-to eatery. Located conveniently on Birchley Island, just off Junction 2 of the M5, itβs ideally placed for a quick stop or a longer visit. It's nestled in a large retail park, which makes it perfect for combining a meal with a session at JD Gym, a quick shop at B&M or Frozen Foods, or even a treat from the McDonaldβs next door. The restaurant itself is brand new and you can really tell β it still looks fresh, crisp, and shiny. Itβs immaculately maintained inside and out. Honestly, the cleanliness here reminds me of an operating theatre β everything sparkles! Full credit to the cleaning team and whoever manages the standards here. The space is large and welcoming, with plenty of different seating options: traditional tables and chairs, comfy sofas, and even upholstered armchairs. Whether you're in for a quick coffee or planning to lounge a bit longer, thereβs a spot for you. Ordering is easy and efficient. There are three dual ordering terminals (six in total), or you can go to the till. Personally, I find the terminals super intuitive and user-friendly β no fuss, no confusion. The food preparation area is always spotless, and the staff are clearly busy but still friendly and approachable. Theyβre happy to advise or chat if you need anything, which gives the service a personal touch I really appreciate. As for the food β it's always been fresh, warm, and tasty. I've never had a single issue. Everything is made to order, and the quality is consistently excellent. It can take a little longer during peak times (this location is open 24/7 and has a busy drive-thru plus lots of delivery drivers coming and going), but I never mind the wait knowing the food is worth it. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. Itβs relaxed and versatile β whether I need a quick formal meal, a grab-and-go option, or just want to unwind with a coffee on the sofa and do a bit of people-watching, it fits the bill. The large windows also give great views and bring in loads of natural light. I used to feel like Tim Hortons was a bit pricier than other fast-food places, but with recent inflation, prices have evened out. Now it feels on par with McDonaldβs β only the food quality here is much better.

WAS 5 STAR - NOW IT'S 3 STAR! How long does it take to put filter coffee in a paper cup? That's not a trick question, and the answer is ... about a minute. Why then, does it take then 5 minutes to announce it's ready?! The food and beverages like most Tim Horton's in this country is good. But also like most of them in this country, the customer service is sorely lacking. Went for breakfast, got served almost immediately. Good. Went for a mid afternoon coffee and they put the coffee in the cup in less than a minute ... and then left it sat there for 5 minutes?! Bad. I had to literally strong-arm them to give me the coffee that I paid for. Seriously, can someone not call out a number on a receipt when a coffee is ready? Is it really rocket science to make a Tim Horton's Double-Double? Do dogs really detect cancer? Did the Americans really fake the moon landing? Why am I asking so many hypothetical questions? It took me 5 minutes to think of all of that ... and I still hadn't received my coffee yet!

So my passenger insisted on stopping here. Apparently has an amazing reputation. And it's deserved. It's pricey but the staff are friendly, helpful and the food is delicious. Doughnut heaven. And I loved my coffee. Better than other chain coffee. Really liked it, only reason not a 5 is price but you do pay for quality so maybe a 4 is unfair. Have to leave the 5 for exceptional. Do try it

We placed our order at 10:55am and didn't receive it until 11:42am. 47 minutes for 2 coffees, a shake, some pancakes, bagel and wrap is DISGUSTING! The only true saving grace is that the French vanilla latte is incredible. Otherwise this would have been a 1 star review. The barista seemed to be making drinks as orders were placed despite the 40+ minute wait time, leading to the drinks sitting there for long periods of time.

Ideal location for Tim Hortons and us the customer. Great place to stop for breakfast if heading down the M5 south or North. Food is lovely and fresh and hot as always. The meal deal for breakfast is a great price and more vegetarian options available than say McDonalds. Nice big car park available that is free and decor inside is nicely done, with sofas and good quality armchairs. Much nicer than McDonalds plastic fantastic chairs and tables. Every time Ive come in someone is always wiping down the tables and clearing away ( some customers don't know how to put rubbish in the bin on their way out, id hate to see their own homes ) so place is nice and clean. Def recommend Tim Hortons for breakfast, snacks, Lunch or dinner.

Amazing, great atmosphere & service, definitely worth the wait. Food on cooler side but this is understandable because it's a new restaurant. Update, the food is now warm, both breakfast and lunch/dinner is delicious & Nura is wonderfully welcoming, she gave us menus and directed us where to go as well as kindly feeding a dog some whipped cream.
