   Absolutely never again! If I could, I would give zero stars. I decided to try a new place, but the delivery took two and a half hours. Upon arrival, the food was cold, and the packaging was completely broken open inside the bag, with food spilled everywhere. When I called, they attempted to fob me off with a promise of "something extra next time" and outright refused to issue a refund. This is simply not good enough; it was a complete waste of both money and time. I urge others to go elsewhere. Do not lose your money as I did, only to wait two and a half hours for such a disgraceful delivery, especially with no effort from them to correct the situation. This experience ruined my night: no refund and I was left with a mess I wouldn't even feed to a dog.

   Always use these never had an issue recommended them to a friend today and we both ordered (seperate addresses) my friend informed me shes had to microwave hers due to it being cold and she waited around 2 hours which is how long I waited (not normally this long) mine got here and not only is every part cold and could only actually eat the popadoms the rice is stuck together and the taste just isn't to the usual standard complained to just eat to get a £4.18 credit to the account like say it makes it ok and makes up for anything, as someone who is fussy with food and one experience changed everything your loosing a loyal customer from tonight on and NEVER will I recommend you again

   Absolutely awful experience, rude staff and took 2 hours to deliver. Called them to ask where it was, was told it would be 20 minutes. Called again 40 minutes later to be told ‘I don’t know what you want me to do’ and then proceed to laugh at me. Food finally arrived as I was on the phone with them and they just hung up, no apology. The delivery driver was also rude shouting at the front door, like it was our fault. I would highly recommend that you don’t order from here.

   Had a balti 2 ma'am breads and a chicken wrap last night the balti wasn't to bad but wasn't impressed with the chicken wrap not much chicken on there more naam bread and bits of salad and mayonnaise wasn't impressed at all so think I will not bother ordering anything else

   Worst food ever… didn’t even taste like curry or rice,it was just greasy food not fit for consumption. The burger was grey YES GREY in colour which has totally put me off in ordering burger and chips from any takeout restaurant, even the popadoms were over cooked and had a burnt taste. Fingers crossed i don’t get food poisoning.
