Yummy better version of subway. I had coriander chicken kebab in tomato wrap. Not stingy at all with meat or cheese.
My experience at Mr Wraps was extremely disappointing on all fronts. The unappealing decor(A very weird combination of grey, turquoise and GOLDEN),lacklustre food, and terrible service were bad enough, but to top it off, the person serving behind the counter did not seem to follow basic hygiene practices. He was a very short bearded Indian guy who was using foul language (swearing in Punjabi)on the phone while serving, and he did not bother to wash his hands or wear gloves. I had to remind him about basic hygiene practices, which left me feeling very uneasy about the food I was about to consume. To make matters worse, the food itself was subpar. I ordered a chicken tikka wrap, which was not fresh ,dry and lacked authentic spices, (i am sure its brought in frozen stuff)and my girlfriend's onion bhaji wrap was similarly disappointing. It was also frustrating that there were no vegan options available, apart from the onion bhaji. Despite the restaurant having almost two hours until closing time, the counter was mostly empty and did not seem to be restocked with fresh food. Overall, my experience at Mr Wraps was extremely unpleasant and concerning. The lack of basic hygiene practices and the subpar food left me feeling uneasy, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is not worth the price, and there are far better options available in the area.I wasn't surprised to see no customer walk in to the restaurant while we where having our meal. It's possible that some of the previous reviews for Mr Wraps were written by friends or family members of the restaurant or they are just outright fake reviews . However, based on your own negative experience, it's important to provide an honest and detailed review to help others make informed decisions about whether or not to dine at this restaurant.
The best wraps in town. Good selection of options for a very tasty and fresh filling wrap. Staff are brilliant, super friendly and know my order without me saying! Plenty of healthy options too. Highly recommend if you're in Halesowen town or fancy a tasty delivery.
First time visit and very impressed. Why isn't there one near me? The falafel wrap I had was delicious, the service was excellent and the premises so clean. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. This will be my one definite stop whenever in Halesowen
We recently had a large delivery from Mr Wraps for a treat day for our team at work. From start to finish the staff at Mr Wraps were accomodating, efficient and friendly. The food - wow. So delicious, every single member of our team was chuffed! Amazing service from the get go, will definitely use again.
Amazing salad today. The chicken tikka was beautiful and fabulous service from the owner. Will be a lunch regular for sure.
