Part of the order was missing and one meal was incorrect. When calling to complain the excuse was that they are busy. Disappointed with the customer service. Won’t be ordering from here again

Very disappointed had a family chinese last night.l asked for some of the dishes to mild but when eating them they where red hot and spicy. Then myself and my other family where really poorly after with bad stomachs and being sick. I will not be going back there again it's a shame because me and family go there most weeks. Very disappointed I will be taking it further..!!
Normally rhe rooster is decent food - this time my 30 pound order was poor, very Very poor. Munch box was rock hard beef, limp greasy chips, chicken wings which were just coated bone, no meat on them. Tried to call to ask for a replacement or a replacement to essentially be told tough - I've been a loyal customer for years and they've let themselves terribly with the standard of food but even worse with the standard of customer care. Until they improve, don't even bother Wish this review let me post pictures as that would be enough to stop anyone else from wasting their money
Wow, having stopped ordering Chinese for a long time due to other places just going down hill and rude experience!! This place has blown me away!! Food super clean and tasty! No grease just delicious crisp clean food! And delivered ridiculously quick! Thank you! It’s been a while since we’ve had this kind of service from a takeout!

I'd give it a zero if I could ordered online, was accepted by resteraunts and said was cooking and due in and hour, phone up hour n half later and apparently they hadn't received that order even though it had to be accepted and updated by the resteraunt. So 3 hungry kids I had to walk to another one which was cheaper too tbh and within 20 mins I was back home and we were all eating. I know accidents can happen but don't be lying to people when it's clear you have to accept and update.
New rooster is the best Chinese take away I have had. Excellent quality food, great tasting and big portion sizes. Quick and friendly delivery service to. Keep up the good work.
