   I ordered for delivery and received a bucket with two pieces of chicken missing, when I rung up to ask for them to be delivered I was called a lier by a man over the phone but then said if I travelled to the Halesowen KFC he would give me the missing items, after explaining I have two young children at home and couldn't drive and also had paid for delivery he then said that's the only option. I am appalled at the attitude of what I was told was the manager and disgusted in the none existing customer service, would definitely not recommend this KFC after my experience.

   It was marvellous. Staff were excellent and the food was hot and fresh. I'd go as far as to say this was the best KFC I have ever had in my life and I have been coming to KFC since I was 9 years old every day and im now 52. Every lunch or evening meal.

   The staff are just amazing! Nice, polite, professional. There was something wrong with my online order from the app, there was something wrong with the system but they still sorted out my order really quick and didnt make me wait at all. Keep up the good service!

   Good ol' KFC always provides reliable food. This particular branch has in the past year or so gone from old, out of date and pretty lacking to a much better experience overall. Food is better, experience in store is better, service is better, literally everything!

   Been here regularly over the last few years and felt it's time for some feedback. Can't believe the scores but I believe people are motivated into action more by complaining that praising. Genuinely never had an issue myself: the staff are always friendly and the food comes quick, hot and correct. Even if you ask them to tailor the order, they're always happy to oblige. Recent refurb looks nice though I generally use the drive through.

   I ordered food for myself, my wife and 2 kids for £31.84. I ordered a zinger trilogy box meal with fries, mini fillet, small popcorn, corn, can and dip. The burger was a plain fillet with no hash brown, no can, no dip and the mini fillet was stone cold. My wife ordered a fillet tower burger meal but again it was just a plain fillet with no hash brown. At least they managed to get the kids meals right. I tried calling them to be met with I'm sorry the mailbox for this number is full goodbye. AVOID USING DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY CANT SEEM TO GET BASIC ORDERS RIGHT.

   I hadn't visited a KFC since my son was young,this time, I had my great niece and nephew with me for an early evening meal. I'm not interested in pressing buttons so I asked if I could order from a person. The young man at the counter was most helpful and cheerful whilst serving me and constantly smiling. The meal was brought to us by an equally friendly young lady. It wasn't too busy for indoor eating, but the drive-through was pretty constant. The food was piping hot and the same good quality chicken I remembered from over 30 years ago. The cost was also very fair and we thoroughly enjoyed our tea. It's a shame there weren't more tables filled but as the evening wore on a few more came to eat inside, creating a bit of a buzz. I enjoyed this experience and will do it again soon.
