Fab service at Burger King Castle agate tonight, Jenna went out of her way to support us, was extremely customer focussed and made our visit a very easy and pleasant. Food was nice and fresh . Thankyou Jenna
Pure waste of time. Ordered 9 chicken fries and when I got home and opened the box there were only 4. So, either someone got hungry in the kitchen or they simply cannot count single digit numbers correctly. I mean come on you can’t even select 4 as an option, sheer craziness.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Was impressed with how clean the restaurant was and most importantly the food was delicious. My daughter’s first Burger King and she was very happy and her tummy was happy!
After a problem with the self order kiosk, Jenna the manager on duty, was friendly and professional, dealing with the issue and ensuring that my food came out at a similar time to the rest of my order. The food when it arrived was the freshest, and best tasting I've had from a burger king. So much better than other experiences I've had at other branches
Came in store Today, got served by a well manned young man, who was very helpful and polite. I happened to notice his name was Adam. He helped me select what burger I wanted as I was a bit confused. Will be revisiting here again and would recommend coming again. Please pass on my Feedback.
Ordered lunch via the app and then turned up to eat in. Service was good, food was done very nicely, not all thrown together but done with care, so there is no reason to give anything other than maximum stars based on that experience.
Overall I am happy with my visit. Restaurant is well managed, the food was tasty and hot, served fast. There is freestyle machine so there is multiple options for drinks.
By far the best Burger King in Dudley and Wolverhampton. Genuinely friendly happy helpful staff. (Toilets we’re not quite perfect but much much better than all other burger kings locally)
I've never had a bad experience at this particular branch of Burger King. Food is usually fresh, cooked reasonably quickly with fast service. Pricing is a bit expensive, but it's worth it for Burger King quality. Worth noting that I usually visit on weeknights, so it's probably much quieter than during peak times on weekends.
