    This burger king should shut down the service is crap its like talking the wall staff is unhelpful you have to do everything yourself those kisok machines are never cleaned most of the time there is no recipet have to repeat order to the staff whom dont have a clue and food was cold. No manager onsite and the kitchen was filthy if I was a hygine inspector i would have shut the place, chps on floor front counter had fat stains

    Ordered off just eat, we are only 2 miles away but 1 hour and 20 minutes later our food arrived...all of it was cold, the wagyu burger was ordered with no pickle and was fully loaded with it, large fries missing....and we didn't order a large meal. All ended up in the bin, the only good part was a milkshake. Simple order that they can't get right, I would sack or get rid of whoever made this order up as they dont care about what the customer wants or customer satisfaction..

    We were served by Chloe. The selfservice screens were not working so we had to wait. Chloe apologised took our order. Our fires were warm and they were changed for hot ones, mayonnaise and spicy mayo given due to the wait. Chloe demonstrated great customer service skills and we want to thank her for her service

    After attending Burger King a few times on occasions, there has been a lovely gentleman who have served us. I believe he is the assistant manager and goes by the name of Bailey. This gentleman Service is next to none but he always Has a smile on his face and nothing seems too much to ask for I asked Bailey if he could please top up extra sauce on the truffle fries as previously attending. Burger King went not being served by Bailey. There has been no sauce on truffle fries or little to none. Came this evening and left a very happy customers

    I popped into Burger King Oldbury Green Retail Park for a quick bite, just a standard Whopper and fries. There was only a couple of other customers in the restaurant, so I expected to be in and out fast. Instead, I stood there waiting ages while Deliveroo and Uber Eats drivers came and went collecting their orders. It was clear that in-store customers are at the bottom of the queue - online orders got all the attention. Only when I went up and asked did they realise I was still waiting for my burger. Terrible service and zero urgency. Won’t be stopping here again anytime soon.

    Would give zero stars if I could the food was inedible slop absolutely disgusting it went in the bin & @ almost £9 for a meal it's a disgrace. Fries were freezing cold & like cardboard & the chicken royale with cheese & bacon was awful the bacon was just pure fat with no actual bacon & I don't think the chicken was ever a chicken & the hot chocolate was just brown water. Staff left a lot to be desired as level of communication was a grunt as they clearly didn't want to be there. I won't ever use Burger King again

    Been here quite a few times and will continue to do so, it's never really that busy inside which is where I eat, I don't really go through the drive through here as inside atmosphere is good. Always a table available and outdoor seating available too, prices are good, time to receive food is good, staff are friendly and haven't had a bad experience here ever, sometimes a minor thing with something missing etc but nothing that doesn't get resolved instantly. Very nice fast food spot.

    Food was great and milkshakes are better than Mcdonalds. The staffs need to ensure the food waste bins are emptied and the customer toilet is cleaned frequently.

    Me and my family took a quick trip to Burger King after having a busy day for some good quick food. Walking in to this branch was the worst mistake of my day! Went in and stood at the till for 12 minutes while the staff heads down no hello no one second or I will be with you sorry we are a bit busy. Horrible 1st impression if it wasn’t for the fact my two kids where hungry I would definitely would not have spend any money in this branch. After over 12 minutes of waiting I then called the staff that was available and asked if I can place a order to take away. Her response was to throw the bag that she had in her hand and huff and puff her way to us, with the worst look on a person’s face I have seen in a long time. I had to get my partner to place the order as I was biting my tongue. After the order had been placed and paid for the wait was over 20 mins for the food, all the food (4 meals) crammed into one paper bag with 0 care and no apology for the poor service the long wait and the horrible experience we left. Got home to open the food and it was as horrendous as the whole experience today. Really hope you read this and make some changes
