My son ordered 2 x 2 piece chicken meals yesterday. They arrived after an hour ( we live 2-3 mins away) and were very burnt. I was hungry so ate it. It was dry and bitter. I felt sick afterwards. In hindsight I should have sent them back. It was an awful experience!
By far the best pizza in our area. Don't go anywhere else.The pizzas are delicious, always hot and generous toppings. Great deal of 3 x 14" for £33 which fed 5 adults and even had some delicious pizza left over for lunch the next day
This place doesn't even deserve half a star. I waited well over an hour for food to be delivered less than 2mile and then when it arrived, it was stone cold. I rang them and there exact answer was there's nothing we can do. If anyone is reading this, please boycott this business. Absolutely shocking food,so greasy, its edible, poor service and the phone handler (older woman) was so rude, she clearly has no customer service skills. By far the worst takeaway in bromsgrove.

Just had meal from here. I am out of the area staying at the premier inn so wasn't sure if to go for domino's or what to do but thought I would take a risk and try here. It was absolutely delicious. I'm not usually a pizza fan but my husband and son wanted one. It was very tasty, fresh, hot, not greasy at all which I find a lot of pizzas are. The lady on the phone we ordered it from was very pleasant also. Highly recommend. And I rarely write reviews!
Pizza come raw I called them up and waited for a call back eventually I called them back multiple time to not be answered so I decided to drive there as it's open to 11 to fi.d they have closed early so Iv got a 2 raw pizzas Iv paid nearly £30 for I will be keeping them and goin back there tomorrow expecting a full refund feel really let down as we use them every week
We have used Catshill Pizza for years but unfortunately tonight will be the last time. The wrong pizza was sent but unfortunately the owner wouldnt accept it and said I was mistaken. I was fortunate that I could still eat the pizza but what really is appalling is the owners attitude and rudeness. No apology, argued and argued and said I should've taken the pizza back. I couldn't, the reason I had it delivered in the first place and secondly he just repeated that I was wrong with no offer of a resolution on my first call. While I understand the wrong topping on a pizza is not the end of the world I do not like being spoken too in a rude obnoxious manor. Your customer service is none existent and with an attitude like you have then I don't see how you will succeed. A simple, I'm sorry there was a mistake when I first called would have been fine not your snotty attitude.
