Parked regularly for simple extra value meals for 15+ mins. The last straw was waiting close to 20mins for 3 Double Cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries at 1pm. For the record this used to be the best Mcds in Wolverhampton in my opinion.
Absolutely imcompetent staff! Ordered via app told to wait in bay, did so and after 20 mins food still not come, went in spoke to staff who said order has gone off their screen, then they never had it which they did as already had coffees! They obviously gave food to somebody else and lied about it - defo need training
Ordered food. It was alright but they missed out on my sweet and sour dip. On top of that, the chips were spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Unacceptable.
This mcdonald's branch is the worst one in our area. Always missing out items or just getting the order wrong. My lastest and final experience i just can get in my head how wrong they got it. I ordered a bacon and cheese flat bread which was nice and a white coffee. As I drive off about a mile or so down the road went to take a slip of coffee to find it was hot chocolate and COLD!. so where ever it can from it had been sitting there for a long time.for it to be cold. Awful service the staff just ain't bothered in that branch.
Lovely food ordered for breakfast but got the order wrong I ordered a latte and they gave me a black coffee I also ordered a double sausage McMuffin with just the sausages on there own as my son doesn’t eat bread along with that I ordered bbq sauce as that’s what he likes with his sausages and hash browns when the food arrived I noticed they didn’t put the bbq sauce in I’m sorry I didn’t order to waste money just to see they forgot my sons bbq sauce they need to read the order correctly next time well done McDonald’s you’ve lost yourself a customer won’t be ordering for delivery from here again carry on messing up the orders as that’s what you seem to be good at
Absolutely disgusting service, ordered through just eat up for delivery, got water with ice instead of coke and sauces are missing. Will never order again!!!
This is the worst McDonald in Wolverhampton. Multiple occasions when ordering on Uber eats, missing items. When you contact the store they of course send you back to Uber and take no responsibility. Burgers also taste like rubber, goodness knows where they get their staff from. Will never order again.
Dismal service here today. It took 40 minutes to get in and out for takeaway. I understand that the drive-thru was busy and so were the uber orders but it seemed like the kitchen completely forgot about those waiting for orders in the restaurant. And then after 40 minutes of waiting they got our order wrong. They aren't paying attention, and they're just talking to each other. I've worked in restaurants and takeaways in the past - double check the orders and the items in the bag. Its not difficult for God's sake. The attitude of some of the staff on the counter was shocking - carelessly wrapping up orders and one trudged onto the counter, lethargically dropped the bag for the order number caller, and then trudged back. The manager needs to get a grip if this is the standard of staff they seek to employ. Need to show some service industry professionalism because honestly after observing the speed of working today you'd think the cast of the walking dead were in the kitchen.
I ordered breakfast when it arrived. It had items missing was cold. What was there was disgusting and when I phoned up to explain that I had items missing. They was not helpful at all . I was told to call the delivery driver I called them. They told me to call McDonald’s so I called McDonald’s again and they told me to call the driver again. Then I was told I would get refunded for the missing items and a month later to this day, I have still not been refunded. This place is disgusting and should be shut down whenever I see a McDonald’s advert. Now I always comment. What a terrible experience I had and would never have anything from any McDonald’s ever again.
