   After having soo many different loaded fries I didn’t think that it was possible to find one that’d take me by surprise. Portion size is generous and filling, ratio of everything was spot on for me & overall very flavoursome. Top customer service & 5 star hygiene rating will definitely back.

   Never before have I had plastic in my food but I guess there's always a first. I really didn't want to have to write this review but what I experienced at this place was shocking to say the least. The girl at the shopfront needs to learn what customer service is, had she spoken to me whilst leaving in a nice manner I wouldn't have bothered and just thought you had a bad day. After telling her I had plastic she very rudely said WHAT then said she would tell her manager. Now onto the food itself, the burger they have tasted like a very standard cheeseburger and didn't have flavour or meatiness that would be expected from a smash burger place. Also their loaded fries there was big chicken pieces in them not cut up, they need to get better at making loaded fries for sure. Also not much variety of sides, just the burgers or fries. Got to the place and it was empty, I'm starring to see why. Below is the plastic found at the bottom of my loaded fries, by all means they can check the cctv if they thought I would ever lie about such a thing.

   Possibly the best burger place in Dudley and surrounding. The burgers are so well done and taste phenomenal, just the right amount of sauce and not dry like five guys. The loaded fries are amazing too, cheese sauce is 10/10, you get so much for the price too. Perfect. Can’t fault this place.

   The food here is amazing! I got the Not So Classic burger and honestly it was so tender and soft and exactly what I have been looking for. 10/10 definitely recommend. The prices are very good as well for the quality of food you are receiving. Special thanks to Jaz for making a nice milkshake and good customer service.

   Ordered 2 burgers and chips, one of which had 4 patties. Firstly the food was estimated to arrive at 9.15pm and came at 9.52pm, it arrives and the chips were stone cold and burgers were luke warm. Upon eating the burgers they basically fell apart in my hand as they weren't combined properly. I thought that I would contact them to give my feedback rather than add it here before speaking with them and they advised the burgers were like that due to the fat content and kept going on and on (although any burger I have ever ordered from anywhere has never fallen apart), then she advised she would get fresh ones made and sent to us at 10pm, they closed at 11pm and nothing arrived. I think if they hadn't taken on too many orders and were rushing making them then the food would have been hot and made correctly, i think they need to re consider how many orders they take. Also I had ordered the food nearly 2 hours beforehand so was not an order to arrive ASAP.

   I'm not really a fan of burgers and my go to takeout is always Chinese food but my fella wanted a burger and I reluctantly ordered from here and now I'm converted. Ordered twice now from loaded buns and the food is amazing. I really recommended the not so classic burger. Also big thank you to the restaurant for reading my note on the orders and not putting gherkins on my order. Will order again soon.

   For a smashed Angus beef burger the prices are low and the burgers themselves are some of the best burgers I've had. The milkshakes and Loaded Lattice Fries are also something I would recommend, absolutely delicious. 10/10

   I'm not usually a burger eater but after eating here tonyt .. I must say I'm actually a fan and will defo be back again. Staff were friendly and kind and service was speedy. Loved the presentation of my order and the atmosphere is family friendly.

   I finally have somewhere to eat a good tasing burger in Dudley! The burgers were absolutely delicious and the service of the staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive and helpful. Hats off to the chef! Will be back for more very soon.
