Usually busy when I go and the queues can be a pain but ordering on the app makes life so much easier. Delicious food and great service. Never had any issues and I've gone here for years. Staff are quick and food is on point as expected. Even better since KFC fries have seasoning on them!
KFC food is good. Service experience can be improved further. While I visited, there was some issue with caseless payment. So long queue and some delay. Otherwise, it was nice to spend time with family.
Food OK, portions are smaller now though if you order buckets as you get more smaller legs instead. Prices have increased. There is always a massive queue and twice we've had to re queue when order was wrong or something missing. Bit stressful in a wheelchair as no proper line for queue so no matter where am, I'm in the way. Sometimes good, sometimes not. A bit hit or miss depending on the day
Simply awful, girls who work there so bad and lazy said aparently till is down they can't take no orders... always an excuse every Sunday morning!
Terrible Service ..... No customer interaction.... Out of our order 4 things were incorrect! Would I recommend? I'd rather eat a tin of Cold Baked Beans!!! Waste of £25....... Will definitely not be returning Staff are a JOKE It's like I was talking a different language The manager needs to open his/ her eye's!
Really nice seating comfortable and spacious Had a really nice experience in this KFC food was hot and they had hot drinks always a bonus when it cold outside
I do like this KFC. Most the staff are friendly and the food is always good. There is however one guy who works here that I was served by on my last visit. He made me feel slightly uncomfortable as he was overly friendly whilst serving and even reached for my phone to show me where to complete a survey which I did not want to complete. Would’ve appreciated being asked. Otherwise no issues here before
Friendly staff and efficient service for lunch hour. Counter area was clean and staff were approachable where they gave help where required. Food was nice and hot on collection and by the time I sat down to eat there was still hear within the food.
