As others have mentioned, ordering from them on ubereats (no matter the time of day) the order is instantly delayed by an hour. If you think it'll be 20 minutes? Good luck you're looking at 1-2hours minimum

Pre ordered my subway through the app. When I got it home to eat, I was very disappointed. I didn’t even bother to eat it.
Honestly the worst subway ever … I ordered the jacket potato and the woman that worked there put my beans on paper to warm it up in the oven my jacket potato was so cold that the butter or cheese didn’t melt and my partner orders a sandwich which we asked to be toasted and was also given to us cold . Customer service was also terrible which is a shame as it’s our local subway… wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Gosh, you can really tell that the ladies who work there, really don’t want to work there! The way that the lady just looked as us and didn’t ask us what bread? Do we want toasted? She just looked at us…. The lady who put the toppings on wasn’t much better. The meal deal is so overpriced also. As we sat down, in what only can be described as a dingy brown x 90s wimpy-like aesthetic, the 2 serving ladies closed the panels down and went to the back. Could hear them chatting away. Shame that they didn’t want to talk while serving. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I really feel that the management of this branch need to pull their finger out. Decorate! It’s dated (sure it’s not even that old to be dated) and your staff are clearly not trained and/or appreciated. Ladies go find a job you enjoy. Life is too short!! Oh & my food just lacked everything. Bread was overcooked, 3 meatballs, salad sad & for the price now, I’d expect some salt & pepper. Almost put me off meatball marinara for life
I went on 8th of March during evening time and talking about the service I received from a Punjabi girl named Bandana with glasses she was friendly,kind,generous and helpful. Her way of talking was very polite and she handed me my order within seconds. All in all I was satisfied and would recommend visiting.
Good variety of breads and fillings to suit. Was quiet but soon got quite busy. Good customer service. Pity coffee machine not working as would have liked a hot drink on a cold day.
We had to post a review after receiving outstanding service from Bandana yesterday. She was warm, patient, polite, super helpful and pleasant. She's a lovely new addition to this store and an asset to Subway. All the best and thanks again for the 5* service Bandana! No doubt we shall see u again v soon! :)
Staff are polite but don’t speak English, not great when you try to explain any issues. Same problem last few times over past year. Prices have gotten daft. Stingy with fillings too ( compared with Chapel Ash)
