   The service was extremely slow, even though the place wasn’t crowded. It took a long time to be welcomed and seated, to place our order, and again between the appetisers and main dishes. We waited at least an hour for our food — long enough for two full drink refills before it finally arrived (at least that was semi promptly done). Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it: the fajita tortillas were cold, and the fries tasted stale. Even a McDonalds was tastier. Easily the slowest and most disappointing TGI experience we’ve had. Oh and the table was so sticky that even the menus got glued to it. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Not worth the price, not even half of what we paid.

   Do not EVER visit this establishment, I would not even rate it as a 1*. The team do not have a clue about service, waited nearly two hours for food and the food still didn’t all arrive at the same time. The food was not even edible burnt and cold. Then the establishment had the audacity to make us pay for the drinks which was not a problem but we did not even get an apology. Tables that come in well after us received their meals. No communication at all, the manager who was clearly not the manager was damn rude. So I put a compliant in via an email to be offered a £20 voucher which our drinks were over that amount. The overall experience was shocking and still not even admitted fault. I can honestly say I, friends and family will never dine at any TGI Fridays.

   Last visited 28/11/23 so thought we would go again to see if things had improved, well the cocktails were still great, appetiser was lovely apart from the sauce it looked like yesterday's or been under the heat to long. The main a burger was very basic and not worth the money charged. The staff were friendly but under staffed 3 staff when I would have had at least 6 on and some customers walked away after waiting to be seated.

   It was an awful experience. No one to meet and greet. Ordering took ages and after 25min chasing up food which was rejected as cold mash, hard the corn unable to detach the corn all left under heat lamp. Others served who arrived well after us. The toilets totally unsanitary

   This TGI Fridays is comfortable with good seating, although the lighting is a bit dim. The food is average, but the wait for the dishes was quite long. What stood out was the birthday celebration. A few staff members sang a fun and quick song, creating a great atmosphere for a birthday. It's a nice spot if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion!

   Went for my daughters birthday. My mum ordered a burger and chips, and when it arrived, with the other meals, it's was completely cold, both burger and chips. They replaced quickly. The servers were absolutely fantastic and really looked after us.

   Amazing customer service! Worthy of note was Christie who unfortunately was not on the staff list on their website so I could give direct recognition for her customer service. Mia was also such a delight---a true smiling face at the front door.

   No potato skins, dirty plates (had to ask for clean ones) no strawberry sauce, no cheesecake. Server was very friendly and fast so that was a highlight. Don't rate the vegetable fajitas at all, just onions and chillies and some baby corn. Gone down hill since last visited in 2019.

   Love the food here. Steaks are to die for. Sadly on our last visit the steaks were not good, but the restaurant sorted that for us with no hassle. Apparently they are struggling for stock, and having to use different suppliers, which is obviously effecting the quality of the food. Having said that, the waiter said they should be back to normal soon, and have the original menu back on, and not the limited one they have at the minute. All covid related. Looking forward to returning soon for one of their rib eye steaks.
