Our first time at Fuso. We were contacted to see if it was ok to push our table time back as the previous party were running late. Happy to do so. Still had to wait when we arrived as the party still hadn’t vacated the table. Despite this we really enjoyed the food and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely eat there again.

We had a lovely family meal for my daughter’s 14th birthday. The staff were great and really friendly, especially Pete — hats off to this guy. He was very polite and provided excellent customer service.

We booked Fuson for a small family meal several weeks ago. There were four in our party. When we arrived we were told we needed to vacate the table within 2 hours. This was not explained on the booking though should not have been a problem. We ordered food and received our starters quickly. Lovely. The mains then took some time to come out. It looked as though it was busy, with a large party upstairs and lots of orders for collection. We finished our mains and realised we were close to the time slot. My son wanted pudding and we asked for the menu but the next table had already arrived and we could see them watching us. We felt obliged to say no to the pudding. The waitress had already started collecting water from the table (which wasn't finished) and we felt rushed. The box we were given for my son's pizza was not big enough and meant the pizza was piled on top of each Alice rather than neatly packed. We ordered promptly and the delay was the kitchen bringing our main meal out. The staff on the whole were lovely but we felt rushed by something outside of our control. Being told on arrival, the first thing said, being that we needed to leave by a specific time was not really the welcome we had hoped for, nor how we were rushed out or had a chance to eat a desert. This may have been a one off but worth checking before going.

Went here for the second time the other day and had a lovely experience. Staff are all really friendly and attentive, great atmosphere and a well run family business. There's a good variety on the menu and portion sizes are generous. Service was spot on, we didnt feel rushed and equally we weren't left waiting too long. We were a party of four and everyone really enjoyed their food. The pork belly starter was amazing and the steak skewers were also a real hit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I'd rather spend money at small, one off businesses like this, rather than at big food chains. You're doing a great job and we'll be back!
