   Ordered through just eat. Please see appalling service! Paper wasn’t grease proof and all chips and cheese stuck to them. The mozzarella sticks require blue pills they are limp!

   Delivery service was the worst I have ever experienced. Waited almost 3 hours to get food delivered once food arrived it was even more disappointing, the food was very oily and did not taste nice and the chicken was pink. Also found a hair wedged into a piece of doner meat. Will not order from here again it’s a complete waste of money.

   So took them 1h20mins to deliver a simple order. ...rang them a few times and they constantly lied about the driver being on the way....every time 5 mins, 5 mins.. clowns.

   Since new management have taken over, every meal I have had has been cooked really fresh, I recommend the kebab in nan bread...absulutley amazing.. other take aways i have tried you can tell they have just heated up the nan bread in the microwave, even the chips are so fresh.. I was also so very surprised that after 3 times of ordering they complemented me for being a regular customer and gave me 10% off my order a nice touch i thought..I. would highly recommend to anyone food came hot and quickly..keep up the good work guys.

   Great takeaway place, my go to. Friendly staff, great customer service, piping hot food, never had an issue with quality. I'm not far from HotShots, just chronically lazy, but delivery is always lightning speed! Love that they often call to ask what you'd like instead if something isn't available, eg a specific flavour of Ben&Jerry's, and then often given a free additional item as apology. It's the little things!

   Was told 45 minute wait, within 20 minutes food arrived. They did forget the drink, driver offered to get one but we just said to leave it until next time. Within 10 minutes, driver was back, very apologetic with 2 drinks and a tub of dairy milk ice-cream, can't fault service or food been going here for a while would definitely recommend.

   Waited three hours for food that never showed. Called repeatedly and was told driver was 5 mins away. Refused refund as "a manager will need to contact us" for that. Utterly abysmal, avoid at all costs.
