   This is the second time I have visited the shop having met with the same staff member who is very unprofessional and rude. Today I went around 2.15pm the staff member possibly indian was talking on her hands free she saw me and looked away. I had to wait a long time to be served. She could not care less she stayed on her phone gestered most of the time and provided no customer service at all. She was very unprofessional. She even refused me to use the washroom stating it was for staff only. Subway please retrain your staff so they are able to provide a good customer service.

   What a place! Ordered via Just Eats… The evening started lovely, ordered the food via Just Eat, for a group of people! Then, the food “arrived”… The food arrived cold, with a strong odour and taste of vinegar when we attempted to try the jacket potato. Which was disgusting. The meal deals arrived without the sides ordered, no cookies, no additional sides (that were paid for and ordered). And the food which was 0.3 miles away was cold and inappropriate. Absolute shame on the sedgley Subway branch, nearly £70 down the drain, good job it’s raining profusely… will wash anything I would spend there again right away!

   I ordered a triple cheese toastie, which is supposed to be 'loaded' with 3 different cheeses. I got some onion, peppers and literally a sprinkling of cheese. I thought someone was playing a joke on me, refused to give me a refund and expecting me to drive back to get a replacement. Why on earth would I want more of the same?? Managers attitude was disgraceful and I just don’t believe these 5 star reviews at all.

   Had a 6” T.L.C sub which taste fine, nothing special or life changing. Had better meat alternatives from else where. Also had the new buffalo chicken which was totally tasteless, literally could only taste my additional sauce and salad. 2 cookies which was okay, cooked well not over or undercooked and a portion of nachos which was a packet of Doritos with salsa and cheese melted on. Service was okay but seemed to be a little language barrier for when I asked for all my items the server looked back to the other employee for confirmation. The wait was around 15 mins as their was only 2 servers and they prioritised the delivery over my order.

   Ordered 2 footlongs on uber eats. Arrived stone cold despite both being toasted, and the meats were on the wrong sandwiches. Plus the delivery driver yelled at our dog

   I ordered from this subway using Ubereat. This is what what I received. Gross. The Nachos was soggy and had no cheese on it. Steak and cheese was disgusting.
