Very rude server at the till. Bad manners & customer service. Was rude to us (brown hair up in a bun) Came in Tuesday 4th March at 10am) She was also very rude to her collegue who wasn't much better. Rude to customers, chatting behind the counter and complaining loudly about other staff. Not very professional at all.
Served by someone who I think is a senior staff. She wanted to finish her conversation with a colleague before serving me. I could tell it wasn’t work related. Then asked me what I wanted to order but it really came across as a couldn’t be bothered attitude. Why would anyone want to employ such staff. Tables not cleaned even when staff standing talking to each other. Floors also not cleaned.
Should have read the previous review before parting with my hard earned cash. Not an Eds easy. Just a pitiful sainsbury café. Food inflated prices for logo names. Men's toilets disgusting. Two broken and overflowing urinals. Hand driers not working. Avoid
I didn't expect much considering it's in a Sainsbury's and even with a low expectation I was still very disappointed. Their breakfast bap made me very sad, overpriced with two thin slices of bacon and an overcooked egg. Their coffee was so bitter and burnt I could not drink it. Avoid here if you can and go to a local cafe instead.
