    Ordered a starter and a main, starter took 40 mins to get to the table, the main came whilst we were eating our starter and sat at the side of us going cold. Chicken burgers were so thin. Im not even sure how you get a chicken breast so thin. It wasn’t a one off, it was the same on mine and my partners and the next table were also having a laugh at how thins theres was. The refillable drinks all tasted the same like someone had mixed up the lines by mistake. The tables were sticky and smelt like sweaty socks. I don’t think this is a normal Nando’s, the standards are way off and the management staff dont seem to care as it’s them passing you your main whilst you’ve just started your starter after you 40 minute wait

    Yet another outstanding experience at Nando's Skelton Lake Services!! We happened to come in the the Services and Nando's at a really busy time but you would not have known that by how we were welcomed so wonderfully, calmly, and in the most smiley, friendly manner. I'm really sorry, I didn't get the name of the dark haired guy who welcomed us and served me at the till but he was just incredible! My phone decided to reset all my cards so I had to reactivate and verify them, obviously, causing me a huge amount of stress, but he just kept smiling and saying it really didn't matter, eventually I asked if he could save my order on the till so he could serve someone else while I finished which again he did in such a happy, positive way, not giving me any stress for this either. When I was eventually sorted, he laughed with me and was again, just lovely. We all went to use the services quickly and by the time we got back, all of our food was arriving!!! Unheard of!! Honestly, we could not believe the service. We were checked on several times throughout the meal to see if anyone could get us anything, in a lovely way. The food was DELICIOUS!! As always, you get the food so right every time. When we were going, the same lovely guy said goodbye to us and I thanked him for his patience with me and my card, and he again put me at ease that it was really OK. Lovely, lovely place. I think we would find it hard to pass without stopping now. You have an incredible staff there, I think this is our third time eating here and the staff have just made our experience such a wonderful time every time. It makes it a special event, not just stopping for sustainance. Thank you so much!

    We were about to be seated by a colleague when we were told by another colleague that it was actually 25 minute wait for food so we had to come back in 20-25 minutes to be seated, which we did not understand at all. There were seats available so why did we have to wait to be seated? Why does the 25 minute wait for food mean we have to wait this time to be seated too? But we abided and returned when we were told. When we were seated, we were escorted to a table that was empty and cleaned when we initially went up the 25 minutes previous. We ordered our food via the app, before it came out we were told one of our sides weren’t available and were given the option to pick something else. The original side was more expensive than the usual ones and we were not offered a refund for that. When the food came out the chicken was dry, the halloumi was burnt and the peri-salted chips were hardly salted. We had a previous experience here a few months ago where the chicken was extremely dry and the service was slow, it’s a shame to add onto a previous negative experience with another. We won’t be returning here.

    This is by far the best Nando's in the whole wide world. If you want an experience, dine in on a Tuesday. We innocently came in for our usual 10 wings with 2 regular sides. We were served by Jack. We enjoyed our heart meal then Jack asked if we'd tried their desserts and the satisfaction in my family's faces told me we should just keep doing this. The warm chocolate pudding sent me to the seventh heaven. If you haven't tried it, try it. If you've tried it before try the one from this Nando's branch. Trust me its an investment with instant returns. From my experience in retail I know it's very hard to keep a smile on ones face and inspite having a really bad day the Nando's staff and Leeds Skelton Lake brightened my day making it THE CENTRE of MENTAL WELLNESS.     Been here multiple times, service is always good really efficient. Usually quite a nice atmosphere and never been that noisy/rowdy. Food's good quality as expected.

    I love Nandos. This one was alright but they got rid of their coffee machine and I like my latte from there when I go. This Nandos didn't provide coffee... Food was fabulous. When the coffee machine is back, that will complete the whole experience for me...

    Me and my partner called here for lunch today and have to say it was excellent. We were served by Ryan and Tiffany who couldn’t do enough. After receiving such excellent service and food we won’t go to any other Nando’s now.

    I don't know where to start absolute shambles. Arrived at this services 16:30 went to Nandos 16:44 was told we had to wait for 20 minutes even though there were tables free not just a couple either, when I asked why we had to wait if there were tables free and it's down to lack of staff which I don't understand as once you come into Nandos you order your food from the stupid mobile phone app and don't actually need a waiter only to bring the food to the table. So much nonsense! Anyhow we came back two hours later only to be told we have to join a virtual que!!!!! After speaking with the guy on the front this time was told the last person should have told us to join the virtual que. After a partial argument about bringing this man to the front to appolgize he declined. Eventually we could order to take away and were let down even more the chicken was undercooked check the photos. I'll never go to a Nandos ever again the procedures and rules are stupid, the food quality is disgusting you can't even cook cooked chicken! The virtual que time increased from 30 minutes to 45 minutes and eventually booted us off. Look how many tables are free and the people waiting outside ridiculous. It's better you go and buy your own gas stove and cook food.
