The counter staff were very polite. Was served by Nibu. The manager on the other hand was extremely rude and didn’t have a hat on. His name badge was Ramzan

Visited here twice within a week. Such show service each time. Food was cold too.. Not sure how as things were made to order! Staff on the evening shift (7pm on 11th August) were atrocious. Clearing orders from the screen before they were ready. This lead to someone asking where their order was. The response "I am making it" and then proceeded to laugh at the customer. Not acceptable!
When visiting Burger King, despite how busy it was during the lunchtime rush, I received service with a smile and had my food in 2 minutes despite a queue of atleast 10 customers. I was accommodated for well and each member of staff was kind and polite.
Forgot our order, had to wait 20min then 4 items missing, onion rings were just the batter.

One of the few restaurants within Skelton Lake Services that opened when the services opened during lockdown. Same staff working their now which is good to see. Good customer service and the food always tastes nice and fresh. Prices are average for a service station but as it is a service station that also means they do not accept vouchers or deals like other burger Kings do. This is normal for a service station though. My only real criticism is that it seems to be shut at random times with no notice.
Overpriced cold food, poor customer service and don’t accept vouchers and deals what I’ve used in every other Burger King
