   The young man at the till was absolutely excellent; so friendly and helpful, as was the man serving. The only caveat is that we have to wait so long for the Pumpkin meal. Whilst it is lovely that this is cooked to order, given that there are only a handful of vegetarian options, I don't know why this has become a 'cook to order' meal. Excellent staff at this store though.

   Ordered a large with 2 protein options. What I got (pic attached) was hardly a fair serving of 2 different proteins. One of the staff did notice and asked me how many proteins I had ordered as they noticed how ridiculous the portion was but think they were quickly shut down by the person that had dished up. I’m not one for confrontation so I just left it. Service was chaotic. Only 2 people serving at the front yet counted so many employees coming and going at the front. 2 people got served at the till before me when I was first in line. 1 of them had a bigger order than mine. Positive is the proteins tasted nice and food was hot.

   Served by “Bo”, such a lovely woman and so kind and helpful as I’ve never been before. Gave me perfect recommendations and have been back weekly ever since! Such a kind team at chopsticks too. Very much recommend coming here

   I’ve never had food from Chopstix before and as I entered the food hall here, most of the stalls were closing so I quickly ordered a box and wow - what a surprise. Delicious combination of flavours. Meat cooked perfectly, not a hint of dryness. Plus the staff were really friendly. Thank you!!
