The best Chinese around - tried lots of places whilst it’s been closed and nothing compares ! When are you re opening?! The food is amazing! No one can do the the hot and sour soup, and salt and pepper spare ribs wings atall the same way! Along with the rest of the food.
So this is the frist time we have used jade Gardens and I have to say I read the reviews did not look gd for them but trough I would still give them a go and come hot driver polite food very nice as well
Wow just wow. Trust me if I wrote a positive review then you know it’s good. Chicken balls super freshly cooled chicken juicy on the inside. All the dishes with prawns were amazing. Fresh fresh fresh. The duck was off the scale. Had duck from takeaways before which when delivered was like over cooked cardboard. This again was cooked to perfection. Crispy skin amd the meat moist. I called them to send praise to the kitchen. Would I recommend hell yeah !!!! Take a bow guys 10/10 from me x
Good food but the timing is letting it down nearly 2 hours for a delivery
Food is amazing along with taste and portion size. Highly recommend. Sadly it is in desperate need of a interior face-lift. As a regular customer for over 15 years its decor hasnt changed or even had a freshen up. Looking very tired indeed..
Must say every time I have ordered from here the food has been amazing. Hot, fresh and really tasty. Sometimes the delivery can be quite a wait from the time of ordering through to delivery via just eat but the food I can't fault at all. We usually have crispy beef, Cantonese sweet and sour chicken, fillet steak in black bean sauce, all served with a sides, it's great value for money and good portions. I am surprised to see such bad reviews, it's actually the best Chinese takeaway I have had in Leeds!
If I could I would give no stars. I will never order from this place again and I advise you not too. We ordered our food this evening over just eat. It stated delivery within an hour, which was fine. However, and got had passed so we reported on just eat. We were advised it would be 10 minutes as they were running late and hgav 20% back. An hour and a half past and our food still hadn't arrived and as we were about to call and cancel the delivery driver called. We had to give the driver survival directions to get to our house, which we shouldn't have had to do anyway can get direction with a smart phone. Once the food arrived it was like warm not only that but the beef curry we ordered had very minimal meet. So not only did we pay for food that was ridiculous late, cold and poor quality but we had to direct the driver to our house.
So, we ordered a chicken fried rice, and spring rolls. The chicken was awful. It was flabby skin, gristle and the pieces were tiny, with limited amounts which I am pleased about. Rang to complain to which I was told to accept it was fresh and because it was Saturday it was busy...... I guess I should order on another night in future. The lady also hung the phone up on me when I said I would leave a negative review. This is after waiting around 40 minutes longer on the original time I was expected to wait for delivery. Poor food, poor customer service and despite using this takeaway numerous time previously, I would never do so again and that it mostly due to the customer service.
