   I pass several chip shops to get to this one, tried them all and this is the best by far. Yes its small and sometimes tricky to park but the warm welcome and excellent quality is definitely worth it . If you want fresh fish and chips, then this is the place. Each fish is cooked to order, so you may have to wait a little longer but definitely worth the wait. A choice of kebab meats served up with super fresh salad, there's so much its hard to close the lid. In fact all the portion sizes are excellent. The lady is extremely pleasant who takes pride in the food she offers. No just eats delivery drivers taking preference here, she doesn't deal with them, just good old fashioned customer service as you walk through the door, you won't be disappointed.

   My dad and I absolutely love this local fish and chip shop, by far the best in the area. The lady who runs it is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure. The food is delicious, always cooked fresh to order, piping hot and full of flavour. The portions are really generous too, so you get incredible value for money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality fish and chips with excellent service! A very well deserved 5 stars.

   How has this place got 4 stars? Chips wasn’t cooked they was raw and tasteless. Meat was burnt and tasted nasty. Salad was sloppy. Food went straight in the bin and I went to Mac Donald’s. I was going to go back to ask for a refund but I’m so angry I would of kicked off if they refused. I also saw them cooking fish from frozen? I’m no chef but I’m sure that’s wrong. I’d rate this 0 stars if I could. If you are like me and go for places with good reviews then beware because this sloppy mush centre is nowhere near 1 star let alone 4.
