Delivered a chicken kebab with no chicken, just salad, won’t accept responsibility, saying it will ok on next order. Customer service terrible, delivery time terrible, food terrible, avoid this place.
Such a shame ! Ordered food as usual Sometimes it’s running late which is understandable However this time 30 minutes after allocated time I rang to see how long it would take & the usual on the way I then rang again 20 minutes after that & cancelled it cause it was getting late We were just about to go to bed and door knocked with food I explained it’s too late & I had canceled it therefore refusing to accept it Next day I’m charged for it Absolutely Unacceptable! I’ll never use this place again EVER! So I’ve paid for food which I never had! Keep the money cause ur having no more off me! SUCH A SHAME !
Personally, twice I’ve ordered from here, the batter tastes just like donut dough on the sausages and cod etc. I don’t know why, very odd.
I went there just to buy some cheesy chips. As you can see, they look disgusting. The taste was awful, I could smell and taste oil and the chips were not fresh! I felt nauseous the whole day, hope to not be sick

I asked what was in the chips and sausage since my sister has an milk and gluten allergy and the first man couldn’t “understand” what I was saying and the second man came on the phone and before I could even finish asking he told me “Nah” and ended the phone on me. I WAS IN SHOCK AND DISGUSTED with this behaviour.

Got to the chippy for 9pm and just about the worst fish and chips we've ever had. Asked for a large cod and when we unwrapped it it washalf the size if a mini fish and definatly not fresh. The chips were stale to. I know it was late but if your open till 10pm atleast provide eadible food. The only upside was it was pretty cheap. Never ever use again, dreadful.
