   Popped in this afternoon for fish and chips and was served by a very nice gentleman indeed. He was courteous, polite and served my food included the request for extra salt and vinegar to perfection, the first chip shop ever! as it happens as they usually scrimp in the condiments. The gentleman if i had to describe him was very well built. Credit where credit is due. Thanks again and all the best for the future.

   I wish I could give it 5* review but me and my partner recently tried the food and later on gave us the trotters was like a full workout, food is full of grease.

   I have been to this fish and chip bar once. I only ordered a large bag of chips. The chips themself are great but they were a little overpriced for the amount I was given which made me doubt returning for another time.

   A very clean and well presented Local Chippy. The menu offered is extensive with something for everyone. I settled on a Lamb kebab meat with chips which got the obligatory upgrade to battered chips and came with salad and chilli sauce. The portion was generous and it was all cooked to perfection. Very tasty, I polished off the lot. Would definitely go again.

   I used to drive past this place to get fish n chips from my regular place..l did the usual drive past but my usual fish n chip shop was closed so in desperation l drove back and got fish n chips from here. They were the best fish n chips I’d had for a long time. How glad l am that my usual place was closed cause l will no longer drive on by.

   I visit this Fish & Chip shop every couple of weeks and we’re never disappointed. Quick and courteous service, piping hot food, reasonably priced. (We always order the same, cod and chips with mushy peas). Would highly recommend.

   Used a few times recently as we've moved locally. The food is very good (although the mini fish are VERY mini), but I've always had to wait (between 5 and 15 minutes) for either chips or fish to cook. It's a double edged sword I guess as at least you know it's fresh, but have the inconvenience of standing around waiting for it. Edit: Subsequent means haven't been great to be honest and service is still slow, so have reduced to 3 stars.
