   I went in to get couple of soups as a snack and both was really nice. As waiting, I noticed there was a few very big orders been collected by customers and their drivers. The fact that there's multiple very big orders been collected one after other ( roughly £50+) I thought that was a good sign.

   just ordered roast chicken and asked them not to over cook it pls like last time. when i arrived to pick up the young lad on counter said i should have told them last time and it wasnt his fault. i agreed and thats why i requested it didnt happen again this time. He told me that i was really aggressive and they will under cook it but it might be undercooked. i said i just want it cooked normal not under or over cooked. no customer service skills and the same happened again with the meal. i won't be eating here again. the last time i visited the young girl on the counter was actually very nice. shame.
