Ordered a tuna mayo sub to find half of a chipped tooth in it. Absolutely vile and definitely not mine as I’ve checked all my teeth thoroughly. Lodging a complaint through .gov and contacted the HSE
Asked for the Ultimate Festive Jacket Potato, and this is what I got. Nothing even close to the image, and a waste of almost £7. Nothing festive about that meal. If you want the Festive Jacket Potato, I'd go to a different Subway, or a different establishment all together.
My partner ordered a turkey footlong sub with double meat and it came in an awful state with chicken in and no turkey! Hardly any salad and hardly any meat!! Looked like a dog ate it when he got it out! The cookie was also squashed. Not happy and will not be ordering from here again.

Often doesn't have bread, cookies or anything in the drink dispenser. New workers are incompetent, old ones were perfect. Mailed me coupons which didn't work, had to use points, spent 5 minutes on the phone in front of me WHILE FOOD WAS HOT calling a manager that didn't know how to use their own system. And when I complained I got an email saying they appreciate the feedback, offered no resolution at all. Food was cold by time I got home (literally 3 minutes) Disappointing service. Also since they opened deliveroo, very very busy and slow.
Out of stock on most popular items. Slowest service of any subway I've been too. Just took over 30 mins for 2 footlongs. Left on the side out of the toaster for 10 mins so they were cold. Large coffees don't even fill half the cup.
Awful customer service. They must have been busy as they didn't have much left. My son had tuna and mayo 12 My other son wanted teriyaki chicken but settled for ham turkey and cheese 12 I order steak n cheese bite (didn't have any). Ordered bowl of meat balls (didn't have any). I ordered Nacho chicken and potato slices, the nacho chicken was vile. Have some potatoes for my lunch and a coffee. The boys had a medium tango each and it came to over £21.
Covid secure measures prevent eating inside at the moment, however a collection service and a walk in to order option are available. The food is freshly prepared and always tasty. The staff are polite and capable. Parking is available directly outside the store.
