Been through the drive through just now. Gets home and no gravy that I ordered. It's a 30 minute round trip and no one is answering the phone. It's not acceptable. So a load of chicken some barely cooked chips but no gravy and can't even speak to someone to try resolve this.
We ordered over £40 worth of food from KFC coal road on Uber eats as a new customer . My order was a 3 piece colonel meal with a fruit shoot for just under 11 pounds and I was totally outraged with what I got. TWO small chicken legs and another tiny portion with the smallest bag seasoned fries. The food was stone cold, what chicken I ate was dry and it didn't taste freshly cooked. The fruit shoot was for a child, I drank it in two gulps. I know the prices of everything have risen in recent years but I felt totally ripped off. We won't be ordering from KFC coal road again.
I sat inside for my order and my order was quick, food was hot and nice. Dine in area was really clean.
I got some food from here and it was so good, the quality shows that it was fresh too. I got served by male worker that was very polite, kind and friendly. I believe his name Vikramjeet or something similar. As I like to try new food he also recommended me some things on the menu. I will be returning, definitely a 10/10 experience
Worst KFC experience ever! I used table service as I was with young children but it didn’t come. I went to the counter and saw my food on a tray. The member of staff behind the counter turned her back after seeing me. I politely asked “excuse me, is this mine?”. She responded in an aggressive tone “Take it!” I then asked “sorry, I thought it was table service?” She replied in an even more aggressive tone “We’re busy!” I couldn’t believe it. When I returned to my table after being shouted at I realised we were missing a drink. I didn’t dare go and request it in fear of being shouted at again by KFC staff in front of my children. This member of staff should never work with members of the public if this is how she behaves. It felt even worse given I was with my children. So sad and unfortunate.
Was waiting 35mins for food staff have too got a clue ordered a gravy box no gravy and they didnt even tell me just gave me this was not nice waste of time going food all over floor tables not been cleaned i would wipe my feet when leaving next time witht the state of this place
Ordered via Uber eats, the food was cold, stale and the lettuce was brown! The drinks sent out were wrong and when I phoned to ask about this I was told it 'it wasn't my problem' and nothing would be done about it. The drinks sent out contained everything I am allergic to. The first woman I spoke to was compassionate and helpful however the higher supervisor was point blank rude and did not care for what had happened. This is unacceptable when dealing with food and drinks. Something needs to change within how the restaurant send out orders when they have details to contact their customers!
