Incredible takeaway curry. Always arrives hot. Have had different fish and meat dishes and really enjoyed everything we've ordered so far. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
we ordered at 11pm and the place is 9 minutes from where we live and they couldn’t find us and we called the driver and reasoned with him and said we could meet him any where that was close and possibly easier to find for them, and then said they we put in the wrong address, which we didn’t, and we were stood outside in the rain for 50 minutes waiting for him to come and he never showed up!!!! so now we have to call just eat up in the morning to get a refund cause for some reason they couldn’t refund us.
i mean this place is knock out, grill starter, always amazing nann, popperdoms and dips are class. i always get vindaloo but.. and it’s the only but it’s never that spicy ?? order this from raies and it’s spicy. that’s why there is a star less.
I have been using this take away for years and food has always been great. Used tonight for the first time in a while and the food was awful, completely tasteless
Waited for food for a hour and 40 minutes . Called up a few times asking about the order.. No information given as to how long it would take. Our food finally arrived by taxi? The food was such a let down- Chicken Tikka Masala more like a Korma and Cheesy Chips missing the cheese.. It was the first time ordering from this restaurant and definitely the last.
Great food but room for improvement in customer service.. we ordered our take away at 7.20pm with a delivery slot of 1 hour. Having rung to double check where the items were (1 hour on) we were told "it's not ready, and you'll have to wait. It will be another 30 minutes." In total, we waited an hour and a half! When calling all we needed was an apology and that would have been fine. Shame that element let it all down.
We found this place 7 years ago. We have since moved outside their delivery area but they still deliver to us. The food is the best, beating most restaurants, never been disappointed.!! always hot and always v tasty food. Cannot fault them.
Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery, the food turned up cold with no apology. The curries were distinctly lacking any taste of a curry and they got the order wrong. This was one of our favourite curry houses 4 years ago, recently tried it out again twice after moving to a new area and won't be trying it again.
