Extremely slow service. 10 minutes for 2 drinks. This is not drive through service. They take your order at the speaker, you pay; when you finally get-together the window, then they make the drink. If you want drive through service choose a different establishment. Would not recommend, even if it was the last coffee on earth.
They filled my Americano straight to the top of the cup on a takeaway, I went to add sugar which spilled all over me and my car when removing the lid. Also, when asking for sugar I was thrusted a handful of white sugar without the option of brown and the colleague just walked off.
The service was great but I expected more from the actual product! We got a hot chocolate which tasted like hot water with a tiny bit of cream on top and a latte which was blah, they had no cookies except a rock solid shortbread, and both drinks came in plain white foam cups, I guess I just expected more, the people that work there are wonderful so atleast they have something going for them…
I like the general feel and interior styling to certain degree. Some pieces are great as many details. Where Starbucks falls short is there food variety and offering also coffee is ok but could be much better I think. It's like half done project in a way lately. But still enjoyable place.
Absolutely unbelievable service from megan! give that girl a promotion not only was she happy smiley and a pleasure to be served by she had a giggle with us and then to top the service off even better she did this!!! now tell me that’s not management material!!! The environment is spacious and clean. I am sharing a photo to give you an idea. Food and beverage options are few.
I saw many opiniona below that place is dirty. I would say that they had to improve it as my experience Today was different. Very clean place,but it was not too busy tho. It was tidy everywhere. They have drive through as well. Coffee and hot chocolate was lovely and Isabella at the till friendly and professional. I would deffo stop here again for the break. Nothing bad to say about this place
Good spot for a stop off the A1M. Standard size Starbucks, everything you expect: WiFi, choice of seating. Good quality food and drinks. Clean and tidy.
Coffee was good. Queue was very long and service slow. Flies inside the cake display cabinet completely put us off.
