   After ordering tea on Christmas Eve after a lovely day we waited 90 minutes to phone them to chase the order with which we were asked which platform the order came from and was told it would be another 45 minutes for delivery. We told them we had already waited 90 minutes to be told we should cancel our order. Absolute joke of a company and a joke to say we have been customers for over 20 years.

   We ordered a Chinese on christmas eve waited 2 hours for the Chinese but we was understandable and waited for it due to the rush, we phoned too see how much longer they said another 45 minutes the person on the phone became very rude and cheeky for no apparent reason and cancelled our order. Really not pleased by this as we were just checking on our order time. Very rude service overall would not recommend.

   I don’t recommend this Chinese at all and I wouldn’t believe the reviews on just eat etc. The management don’t appear to take the feedback very well and instead add comments that you can’t reply to, recommending I use a restaurant to get ‘hot hot food.’ Nope, I’d just like my £40 worth of food to be at an eatable temperature! They need to review the packaging they put the food in as some were in foil containers, which retained the heat somewhat, some were in cardboard boxes such as the vermicelli which was almost stone cold and others were in polystyrene containers that gaped open and made the chicken lukewarm & chewy.

   AVOID...This is one Chinese takeaway working under 2 names. Very misleading. Their other name is Green Sky Chinese as on deliveroo. Honestly the worst takeaway we have ever had. Think they must cook all their food in oil and tubs of salt. We couldn't eat it. We might aswell have just spooned salt in to our mouths. It went in the bin. We did ring to complain and a rude woman said that its their standard way of cooking their food and they don't receive complaints.Advised I was complaing. They offered to remake our food but it would just be the same, as it's their standard way of cooking. We declined as she had already stated it was their standard way of cooking so it would just be the same. She then asked me to drop the food off which I agreed I would do tomorrow, but she said she needed it NOW, offered to bag it up and scrape it all in a carrier bag so someone could collect it or they could wait till tomorrow. We are now Waiting for someone to collect the food at the moment. Would definitely not recommend. We usually give any left overs to our dogs but I think it would kill them due to the salt and fat content. Have reported to deliveroo to see about a refund. Would honestly rather do the bushtrucker trial in "I'm a "Celebrity" than eat that dire muck.

   Ordered for delivery. Stayed would be 30 mins. Arrived 90mins later. First time ordering from here and won’t be again. Special Satay was watery and resembled thin gravy. Full of onion and green pepper. Chips inedible as had clearly been warmed up or kept warm making them dry and tasteless. Overall very disappointing.

   My last one had no taste to anything. My son said is that curry or gravy. I feel the quality is good and cleanliness but it lacks flavour. Next time Ile have a little garlic paste and chilli, some more salt and maybe Worcester sauce.

   Ordered a chicken curry and the chicken was chargrilled leaving a burn flavour in the curry, we also asked for no onions and they completely ignored that. Called them up to see if we could get one without onions and was told there was no onions in it, could clearly see the onions in it.
