   Cookie dough was cold, pizza was cold. Tried asking for my money back and just told me about something free when I order next time. Won’t be ordering again. Waste of money

   Ordered two cookie dough’s, delivery was 2 hours and when they eventually arrived I had the wrong order. Had one cookie dough and two ice cream pots? Rang twice and was hung up on the first time and was told to “go to just eat” when I said I wanted a refund. When I got the wrong order delivered the delivery driver told me that they “must have given my order to someone else”

   Admittedly when putting in my address house number didn’t save so i’ll take blame for that part, but when i called to ask about my number spoke to me like crap and said i must’ve put down the wrong number so when ive doubled checked it was not the wrong number saying they called 15 times too when i had no calls. Going back and forth between me n them. i asked if they could send it again and it was no. Asked if i could get money back it was no. I just think it’s completely rude with no leniency at all.

   My daughter treated me to a cookie after a bad day. There was no cookie, just slop, plus a bit of chocolate. She paid £1.00 for extra strawberries and it was just one strawberry cut into bits. Plus .50p service charge. What's that for? Ended up paying £9.15 for a small bit of slop basically. I will be asking for refund, when someone answers phone! Don't bother ordering from here.

   Ordered two bubblegum milkshakes. When we tasted them they both tasted sour as if the milk was off. Rang to complain and found the member of staff rude and dismissive. They offered to send out two more shakes but we didn't want this as they would be made with the same suspect milk. We were refused a refund

   Horrid experience. Ordered 5 items, not even bagged. But really the icing on the cake of horror was finding wrappers ... In my milkshake. All the golden speckles you see in the picture are wrapper. And the picture doesn't do it justice how bad it was . Clearly not caring to prepare orders with any care.

   Took almost 2 hours to arrive,then my sundae was like a slush puppy and the milkshake was like water. Actually placed 2 orders at once for home and the other while I was at work,after taking my order through just eat i rang them to see where my order for home was,then I was informed that my order couldn't be delivered to my works area even though i inputted the postcode through the app then was told I would have to ring just eat for my money back
