I was so disappointed when I got home and it turned out the Mushy Peas were just supermarket canned peas nothing like proper chip shop peas, I couldn't eat them, it literally ruined the meal. Also asked for curry and got gravy but there was a bit of a mix up. The chips and fish were good otherwise and decent portion.
Had 4 meals tonight from here and wasn't even 20 quid the food was fresh and hot the guys were very friendly and with kids too. Thank you so much will definitely be coming back. Best chippy in town
Ordered a cod and chips tonight , was really good and fresh. Lovely staff , gave me some chicken doner to try was really good also. Credit to them , will visit again!!
Absolutely gorgeous. The cod was brilliant white & the batter was golden & crispy. Inside seating was a bonus as we were going to take back to Clumber Park Lodges but decided to eat in. The staff were extremely pleasant & polite.
We owned an award winning fish & chip shop for over 20years and now enjoy being on the other side of the counter. These were the best fish & chips we’ve eaten since we retired two and a half years ago. Very pleasant staff ( Sam & Jason), fish was cooked in a light crisp golden batter and was delicious. We will definitely be calling again. Thank you lad s for the experience. Sue & John

In my opinion this is the best chip shop in Worksop. I especially love the fish, its really chunky and fresh and tastes really nice. I've never been disappointed with anything I have bought here.
