No stars should be a option, staff are ignorant, I get 30 minutes for my break from work, I spent 10 minutes stood at the counter just to be ignored, goto greggs, they serve their customers.
Absolutely disgraceful service! Placed an order on 'Just eat' which they accepted and took payment for, but then called an hour later to say they can't fulfil the order - HOWEVER they failed to cancel the order so I couldn't get a refund and Just Eat wouldn't allow me to cancel the order as it said it was too close to delivery time! So I am out of the money AND don't have the food. Any phone calls made to try and solve this matter were just not answered. Frustrating and unacceptable!
Do you think this is acceptable? Subway you need to give your staff some anti depressant tablets
Some of the staff members are really nice and you can have a great chat with them. Other times I've been in, service has been slow and food was not great, but every time I'm served by the younger gentlemen, food is always top tier and the service is a lot better.

awful, 5 hairs in my food and it was all flat cold. didn’t even receive the correct crisps and when we called up we were told to go through deliveroo to get a refund as it was disgusting and they didn’t do much either but say there wasn’t enough information to be given a refund even though i sent pictures. won’t order again!
The guy who served was a top guy, Calum, great conversation and good, quick service. Sandwiches were made well, too. :)
Really slow service and staff don't always seem to be switched on. The nachos I ordered were cold despite being placed in the microwave in the back room for 5 minutes. Another issue I had was that they seem to chat to other staff members who have their breaks whilst making the subs leading to me having to repeat my order more than once.
It was okay but ddnt understand when I paid £1.10 extra to upgrade to a meal but was kids given a drink not crisps/cookie whereas I had been to one in Birstal and upgraded to a meal £1.10 and was given a drink and a choice of cookie or crisps. It was such a disappointment to my kids
