    Walked out of here before i got my sandwich. Watched the old lass mop the floor with her latex gloves on, then cut bread and touch other food with same gloves after touching dirty mop handle and bin. No thanks.

    What an absolute gem of a find! I had a full English breakfast and it was fresh and it was tasty! I met 2 friends here, and that was perfect, there is one large dinner table, dressed like it was the one at your parents house in the 90's. There is also some window seating and some benches outside when the weather is slightly more agreeable. Clearly a popular destination as there were plenty of 'yokshur' folk coming in for bacon butties and B.E.S.T. A running theme being people in High Viz and rigger boots ready for the days graft. Parking wise there are a couple of spaces out front, as well as on street parking. Proper salt of the earth place, would recommend!

    Friendly staff. Nice selection of hot foods and cold sandwiches to choose from. Also had pasties, sausage rolls, pork pies and cakes. Settled for baked potato with cheese, beans and salad which was a decent portion for the price.
